Too bad game isn't being maintained anymore; it coudl use some quality of lif efixes; the 4th act fight should have your heroes return to their base positions after each battle. I have to quit one now because the 5th round boss pushed two of my guys to the back row, and without the one warrior with reposition skill, ther'es no way to get your guys back into place.

Ever have one of them moments when you felt like the world's biggest idiot? I've been playing the game with one party member and wondering why it was so hard. Upvote to help the other unfortunate souls.

ok so rogue = op in ALL games!
Poison's Kit legendary and Shard of Dilaera (50% poison chance)
Bloodletter legendary and wraithstone (make it both physical and magic)
ok so with Warrior's inspiring buff (15% more damage) &
Cleric's Anoint ( 75% more damage)
rogue uses Hide and Deadly state and he gets a CRIT! a giant 1.2k crit! at just lvl 24! come on guys got to say that very op!

Let's do a direct comparison to book of dread, shall we? All character-skill buffs are no longer permanent, there are no legendary monsters, characters no longer have upgradeable passive skills, and you cannot individually upgrade multiple stats. You CAN go on multiple completable quests, you have more party members to choose from, there is now equipment "sets", you can visit the shop at any time, you can upgrade what you get from it by completing achieves, there are battle-specific effects on which area you're on, and you can hold way more items. The book of dread gui was way better because it showed all the information right away, without having to go to a different screen just for individual characters, and you could choose the same class more than once for your party.. Honestly.. I like book of dread better..

Is there a monster that destroys your equipment? Because I was playing in Act V and then I noticed I couldn't attack anymore with my Conjurer Basic Attack. Instead, I had the option to "punch" and my staff was goneI tried to look up the battle log, but there wasn't anything detailing, nor anything even hit my conjurer. Can anyone tell me what happened? I had just enhanced it with an apex forge and it was finally looking good =/

What Squishybrick doesnt realize is that Captains and Warriors are the least likely to flee from Fearsowers, because of the Resolve skill, and for Captains they also have a long range "shrug it off" kind of Resolve, both are insanely helpful against Fearsowers and any mental manipulators (only inquisitor Clerics can resist it with Purify), another reason why all four members being Warriors/Clerics is not a bad idea.

A battle against 4 fearsowers when my team are all warriors.. Well, I guess I better prepare my F5 key for some heavy usage..

Apparently, having two warriors and two clerics, with the clerics being radiant and regenerating everyone else, and with the champion in front and captain in back with a spear, you can have the team with the highest survival rate ever (at a lvl 50 team, with all wearing legendary sets and weapons, I got them to last 50+ waves in survival without potion boosts). Having two people that can revive, and all four able to heal each other while all able to tank damage is a really effective strategy that I recommend to new players. Only downside is in the beginning you have to choose who to give new armor to, because all four use heavy armor. Best to give all four different weapon types so as to not fight over any gear is recommended as well (captain a spear, the cleric in the center with a mace/shield combo, champion with greatsword/axe for damage dealing, and other cleric with hammer works well).

The Warrior works great together with another Warrior. The Captain can Kick back enemies in front of the Champion for the Champion to Charge into.

Equipping your cleric with medium armor or even simple clothes can speed him/her up and improve the survivability of your party.

So fricking annoying! I beat Acts I-III and when I went to export my save... it didn't let me! Just wasted 8 hours of my life...
Advice for new players who really want to continue the game... make sure your save files actually SAVE.

For those who are having trouble in extreme difficulty, here are some tips:
Warden, Assassin, Inquisitor, Conjurer. Wardens for pin and healing, assassins for coup de grace(and just about everything else they have), Inquisitor for litany of pain and revive, Conjurer for magic missile and disintigrate. Stun and group de grace every enemy, use magic missile against bosses.
Goal sets/shards:
Artisans Eye + moonglow. 4 sarilas, the rest nidal.
Venom kiss/The Best Defense + Tools of the arch-assassin + Stalker(Venom kiss is good with back row attack). 4 sarilas, the rest dilaera.
Barbed brutalizer/winterbark buckler + Any cape with lots of sockets + Ecclesiarchs (Maximize stun chance) USE FULL CAMPAIGN UNTIL ENTIRE ECCLESIARCHS SET IS ACQUIRED! 2 sarilas, the rest nidal.
Demonfang tooth/Charm + Shroud of shadows + omniscient(only 5 pieces, you want suncloth robe as your body.). 4 sarilas, the rest dilaera.
All of them should have rune etched ring.
+ this up so other people can see.

Damn fine game. I'm surprised I missed it for as long as I did, considering how much I played the first two. Awesome, awesome job.

it will be cool if you add a replay button of every battle u finish so you can see it but without pausing every single time

You know you're doing something wrong when your rogue has more health than either your cleric or your warrior, and more armor than the two of them put together...

Actually, any high level character will do. Take a high level character and a level 1 character into a dungeon. If the low level character dies, so be it. The rest of the dungeon is half the level of the one left alive and should be pretty easy.

For getting the Dynamic Duo achievement, Warden+Champion is probably the best combination. Warden heals himself with his passive, heals and revives his companion, while his companion tanks and hits like a truck.
