This was great but took me far longer then I thought it would to find the last couple letters. The Q was really hard and I had to roam around for awhile to find the C. A map would have been great. I at least "cheated" a bit though and made my name start with an A to get that early.

Great job with this game, I found myself stumped at a few parts, but after mixing up the order of the places i visited, i found myself on a roll; so props to you
Just a tip for you guys playing this game: make sure you grab that '&' symbol before you travel to the most downward part of the map, you're gonna need it

Disappointed that this doesn't have a high score thing, but awesome game. Finally completed it after being confused for several days.

433.685 seconds, using S. Took a while to get here, but still made many mistakes. Noticed that only using a letter rather than a name or word speeds the whole run up, since you won't have a word (your name) blocking the way at the start.

Seeing that there is no high scores list for this (i want one, but then there will be some people attempting to hack and give false scores for their profile for whatever reason), other than comments, want to just post your best time, and the letter you started out with? Other than B. B is the default starting letter.

A "restart screen" or "rewind to previous screen" feature would have gone a long way to making this game more accessible, there are 3 places i've softlocked in and I've only tried playing for 10 mins now, cool idea though, especially how your name entry can create a word to use elsewhere.

nasty, hard, and I loved it. Problem, though. At the start of the game you can become stuck by the letters "nn" before you get the jump powerup.

Clever little game, but like a couple people have said, it's far too easy to get stuck at the beginning if you go left before getting the ability to jump. I fell into that trap my first time and was unable to jump to free myself.

I put in the name "phantomhive" and then went insane when I saw the top of the screen read ciel... I doubt anyone gets it but it was a hilarious coincidence.

This game needs an explanation of how to play. I had no idea what was going on for a few minutes, and I'm sure that will hurt the rating significantly with people quitting before they know what to do.
This game is amazing once you figure it out, though. Metroidvania games are the hardest games to make, and this one nails it. 5/5

Excellent concept, but the mechanics need a bit more explanation. Such as: Your character must be on the ground for the game to process words. Words won't activate while jumping or falling. That was a big one. Beyond that, it would have been nice if the permanently erasable letters would have been done in a different color to the temporarily erasable ones; the jump physics were much too floaty for me; and finally, the music... did not impress. Without sound effects there was no reason not to just mute the whole thing.

Brilliant game, very unique. I shall give you 4 stars, the fifth shall be earned when you give me back my 2128.326 seconds back.

Note to self: It's harder if you start the game with useless letters like Z, Q or X. :D "ZStoner" had to learn the hard way. lol.

It would be nice if there was some kind of reset or something. I did not get the B before the D and so now I got stuck because I can't make the word "bleak."

In the BASIN room it's possible to get very stuck with a few choice letters. When you fall past an edge you should be able to "catch" onto the ledge fairly easily.

unique. I liked it. Some weird letter combinations that don't make words backwards or forwards, but hey, makes up for some words not working.
