Under rating threshold (show) Very original and imagitive game. Only two things could improve it, Smaller levels and when you get hit from a powerful word, it shoudnt reactivate all the OTHER powerful words on the screen.

Under rating threshold (show) I can say a game that has held my interest not simply by some little trinket but by the stories and lore with in it I can it truly well made along with the flow and ebb, but I must inquire whats the music and is there anyway I can attain it?

Under rating threshold (show) Very nice concept, but there are a lot of things that could be improved. Personally, I would love it if you got to control an actual running character, instead of being a white line that steadily glides along the words. Also, it's way too easy to fall of word and into oblivion because it's not clear where the words cease to support you.

Under rating threshold (show) I really loved the concept of this game, but it could have been executed better. I don't think it is actually possible to get 100% due to the occasionally over or under-sensitive controls and the incredible lag. Still, 4/5 for a good idea, good reading/music selections, and creative environments.

Under rating threshold (show) great game. fun new way to read poetry. i wish my english teacher would find it and assign it to us for homework! though the powerful words are hard to see sometimes and i dont notice them because im reading. still good game i just wish that some of them werent so long cause its hard to read continuously on a computer screen for me. 4/5.

Under rating threshold (show) I think that the nameless city was a great selection but I believe that it came much too early and as a result players may get bored and think, "too long, didn't read"

Under rating threshold (show) Neat game that is not a totally unique concept, but well done in all ways except the red letters really need to stand out more. 90% of the time I got hit by one of them it was because I couldn't see the dark red against the black. Very nice music and decent selections for levels.

Under rating threshold (show) Beautiful game, I am in love with The Nameless City poem, and some of the shorter ones, were short, but had truly great meaning. There were a few times when I couldn't figure out what was what, I found myself trying to avoid or get words that were in the background. I wish that there was more of a contrast between the words and background. I love how the pattern reflected the story(well poem). I liked how you made the words like wind or stair steps as the story talked about them. My only problem was that with the longer ones(like The Nameless City or Alice in Wonderland) I didn't want to do them again to get a better grade. Overall though, I really enjoyed it and give it a 5/5!!! =D

Under rating threshold (show) a beautiful game, if you can call it that, incredibly thoughtfully and elegantly presented with subtle visuals and music. More an experience than a game, i often found myself ignoring the word touching "aim" and just enjoying the poems. That said, it is still a definite 5/5 in my mind.

Under rating threshold (show) Suggestions: 1) Adjust the camera to give more room IN FRONT of the player character. That would be nice. I don't need to see behind me, I've been there and read that bit already. I need to see where I am going. In film, I believe this is called nose room. 2) Some sort of adjustment for people with different (faster) reading speeds would be nice. Maybe hold shift to dash? The whole, "word, wait, word, wait, word, wait" is really tiresome. 3) Better level views and sorting. Like type, length, year, etc. 4) Level editor and user created levels. 5) Shorter, better proportioned jumps, but with double or wall jump. Adds more of a skill flair.

Under rating threshold (show) um. good game.. 4/5 but definately needs some kind of length sorting system... the haikus compared to half a book.. side note, are any of these copyright? and do you have the right to republish them in this game?

Under rating threshold (show) I really liked how beautifully you have visualized these classic texts. It's very playful and artistic. But id doesn't go well together when you are trying to make game out of this. Rather stick with interactive reading form. For example the movement is to fast for me to keep comfortable reading the text and when you trying to also keep good score it's very hard on some places (you need to repeat it again and again) which hold you back from reading. Just few improvements and it could be really great "game".

Under rating threshold (show) Really needs sorting by length or title. Having a 10 word haiku followed by half a book is quite a jump.

Under rating threshold (show) I like the idea, it provides some good game play while giving a chance for people to read poetry they might not have read before. It might have been good to have poetry in different reading levels or length. Although I really enjoyed The Nameless City, it was long and might have made some people not care to finish the first poem.

Under rating threshold (show) Honestly, I think this game should not have any sort of score system. We should not be timed or graded based on our "reading" performance. The interactivity of traveling through a story is enough to call this a game without traditional objectives. Power words can still make projections for dramatic effect. Creating more interesting landscapes with your levels and more scripted effects, like the sandstorms, could easily replace the excitement you might relinquish in giving up the score system.

Under rating threshold (show) I think the typography idea is interesting, especially with the Lovecraft, which I think was done the best. There are a number of things I felt distract me greatly from the story, such as doubling back (either because my words were erased or because the way they are formatted makes it necessary). Also, sometimes power words propagated their letters through the regular text, making it nigh impossible for me to avoid.
