bug: if you earn an extra shot on the tutorial level where you first need to hit three blocks with one shot, and then you don't get rid of all the blocks, it turns into a situation where you can't shoot and the guy doesn't let you try again.

Polished, pretty fresh concept based on Puzzle Bobble, asteroids, or artillery games. Make sad shapes happy. Includes features like temporary powered up weapons, combos, and a lesser seen level system (military or police ranks depending on your score).
I think this game is polished, and has technical things like out of focus pause, and a "map" of all the shapes you still need to clear. I think I'm fav'ing this.

Great game, but I hate games that make me sit through animation, namely the doors at the start of a level and waiting for the options to drop when I fail a level. That can be skipped if you know you won't be able to finish it and hit R, but then you have to click Yes. The levels also aren't ordered by difficulty, which feels like a flaw. It's nice to get a break with an easy level after a hard one, but I think you can get a better rhythm going if a game gets progressively harder. 4/5 despite my nitpicking.

This game was fun. Get it? FUN! You know because when we shoot the shapes they all start to laugh and.... Just forget it and rate up this comment!

Ok, I see what is happening: if I fire my last ball, don't clear the level, but get rewarded balls, they do NOT COUNT to keep the game going. Was this a real decision made by the programmer?

I'd like to be able to play any level that i already played again. Maybe it's possible once you finished the campaign, but i'd like to play again BEFORE :)

Irony. A game about happiness but it pisses me off so much with its' random -everything- that well I'm not happy at all :-D

a glitch in the game kept a face of the general on the screen the entire time I was trying to play. It was directly across the whole screen

This better not get badges. I don't feel like lining up 9389283928 luck shots to get gold on all levels for an arbitrary badge.

Why do the blocks get happy from being shot you ask? You're shooting them with 'happy' balls, that will keep hitting them untill they smile.

Meh, stopped being fun around level 25, now it feels like work. The only reason I'm trying to beat it is cause 10:1, it's going to get a badge for completion. After all of this grinding, I feel like I should get the badge.

Moop: Whoa... I was just trying to help... That was not the brightest idea was it?

clicking on gamejelly leads you to its fb page with request for access to all of your info. Wow.
Can't view the site without accepting fb request either. Double wow.
stupid company
but, the game is nice. Should have achievements and upgrade system to create more fun.
Also good art do NOT substitute for bad programming. Optimization is needed! It shutters from time to time. Box2D is not required for this kind of game, overkill really. Just do hittest to check for bounding box contact and other check if pixels collide then do action.

"There's a bunch of unhappy and mad shapes out there."
"Sir, I'll solve it! How many are there?"
"Well, in this stage... about 20." ... "Yeah, take this 2 balls, and hope everything will go alright."

Wtf, NO incentive for chain bonuses at all (seriously, you don't get extra balls for those...), pretty much only aiming for the lids to get a triple bounce and a ball...
Too much focus on earning extra balls, not enough precision. Same with the luck that plays in...
