I like this game. My favourite part was the convo at the beginning of the "Murder, They Wrote" mission. I like that it is arena style and not a scroller. I cannot find any flaws, so it might be perfect. The bad part could be that this game is so similar to many other shooters, making it nothing special.

For those not liking running around in circles without seeing half the action: Use another ship! With Shock and Awe you can ram other ships. The gameplay becomes way different from a typical shooter.

A lot of things make this game bad, but I think the worst part is that you fail the mission before your life bar empties completely

@brichards: Since this is a Flash Player game, right-click brings up a menu for Flash Player, so it can't be used as an action key in-game. Flash Player also does NOT recognize mouse wheel movement. Both your ideas would work in WebGL though (or Unity Web Player if you use a browser that still supports Unity.)

second weapon being space makes the game almost unplayable. second should be right click. and switch target should be mouse wheel.

wish there was an auto-fire cuz my fingers are acing, also wish that i could change the controls so i could use the arrow keys instead, because its hard to keep up when the controls are too far apart----sorry, but you only deserve 1 star man :`

Even if the easy badge difficulty was corrected to medium, it STILL wouldn't be worth playing for the BOTD. At least I got 1 pt for rating it 1 star.

Does anyone else have problems with the Secondary Weapons not working (or am I missing something)? Anyway, interesting game (with a badace heroine, to boot!), but due to the aforementioned bug(?) and how tough it is to survive the Bullet Hell after the first two levels, I don't think I'll be able to get the Badge for this one this week. Sorry. :-(

Lacking auto-fire makes this game borderline unplayable. Save your scrap until you can't beat a level with the ship you are using, then but the most expensive ship you can buy with the scrap you have. You should have the 30,000 scrap ship by halfway through. Too bad the last level is completely impossible.

Normal logic says shoot ship until health bar is gone and ship will explode, well first encounter with exiles defies that by having them keep flying around for a while long after their ships should explode while still firing at you. Makes fighting 5 at once annoying because they stick around firing at you when they should already be an expanding fireball and flying space debris.

I spent the entire first two missions trying to escape the endless "spinning razors" flying at me. Turns out those are coins.

Terrible game. Nothing innovative here, just another fly-around-space-ship game. It even doesn't have an autofire option. And you must hold the mouse button and space bar at the same time while constantly moving with WASD. No upgradeable ships, just a few premade ships, most of which are total crap. When you progress to about 70% of the game, you must replay a lot of missions multiple times to earn enough money for the final ship, the only one with which you can progress further. 2/5, only because 1/5 is reserved for total crap games. The 2nd star is mostly for the graphics and music (they are not good, just OK).

I have to buy a whole new ship to make an upgrade? Would be much better if I had one ship and upgrade different componenets

Played the first four levels without any problems. Winning strategy is just moving around the edge, shooting vaguely towards the middle, where all the enemies clump together.
