The game has dozens of problems, but there are three big ones. First, the infernal music; one song for a game that takes longer than an hour? HELL NO. The music, good at first, eventually made me want to die. Second, it is too goddamn easy. I had to literally run into bullets in order to die on the last mission, and it took a while because my autoturrets kept killing enemies and healing my ship. I never died before then. Third, everything is too long. It feels more like an endless grind than a real game. This is an action game-I want some action. I want to actually die occasionally. All I played for was to see the end, which of course ended up being anticlimactic and boring.
Oh, and where's the plot? Did you forget about that? What is this mysterious artifact? Could it explain why your ship is so superior? How is Earth gonna deal with, what was it, SIX hostile alien incursions? Etc.

i don't like having to hold down space and the mouse button while steering. auto-attack seems to make sense. is there ever a time when you don't want to be shooting outta both ends?

Generally, I don't like shooters, I don't like the sort of "Neo's god-like bullet avoidance" gameplay on others shooters. You change my mind, I loved it. I see no reason to put ship upgrades. Each ship changes the way you have to pilot it. It's strategic and depends of your piloting skill. Also, the dialogue increases the fun. 5/5

In this game you are the first boss of Frantic Frigates:
Alright! fire the cannons in a random pattern and lets spin this ship in circles!

I agree with xybones. I try to be very respectful of game makers, and I think a big part of that respect is honest opinions. You have such fantastic potential with this. The controls are great, the combat feels wonderful and it's fun. However, it's simply too easy. Our ships are freaking awesome, but I feel little to no risk while playing. I hope this helps.

i liked this game, i did. but it gets far to repetative. i liked that it felt like bubble tanks. and to the developer, next time, just add a sandbox mode and upgrades. that would greatly increase the game. all that said, 5/5
Noted! Thanks for the 5, that's what we need. If we can get the game a decent enough rating, we may be able to do a sequel and get a much better upgrade system in place.

So much health... Enemies don't even cause collision damage. The ship that I have right now (the 9000 one) does all of the work for me, it auto attacks and I can speed it up by hitting spacebar for the missile. My primary weapon is so weak compared to the auto turrets so why should I waste time holding down the left-click on the mouse?

1 - Raise flame thrower damage. It does so little damage compare to the need of been in close combat.
2 - ABSOLUTELY lower drastically (or better remove completely) the flash effect for the sniper ship special attack. Every few seconds, the screen goes blank straight and is very hurtful for the eyes. Had to stop playing between missions (or paused) to stop looking at the screen and rest my eyes. The huge orange fireshot is plenty enough to describe the damage dealt.

I would have given this a 5/5 because it was an enjoyable game but it only gets a 3/5 because it was way too easy and the last level is an infinite level when it should have been a regular level. an infinite level at the end of the missions is just an f u to many players as you don't get the feeling of winning the game =\ it should have been an option after winning the game.

I've gone through more than half the game now and I have not once feared for my ship's integrity. This should be much harder.

Quite well done, great graphics, splendid control... very very easy and, surprisingly for a game built on BT, not nearly as much customization as there could have or should have been. This game didn't necessarily need the build-your-own-tank option, but it really could have done with the ability to swap in and out weapon loadouts, instead of just buying a whole new ship. This is actually slightly disappointing, as it seems like a massive missed opportunity. Overall, quite good.

I dont like the secondary weapon with the current key configuration too hard to line it up hit space and still keep wasd working. 3/5 needs more upgrades

Bullet Storm, the second cheapest ship, is more than enough ship to reach the Final Stand. It does get a bit boring waiting for the enemies to die.

found a bug... if you pause when it says mission complete, it keeps saying flashing mission complete on the menu screen forever...

im sorry to offend this game cuz its fun, but its just a remake of bubble tanks... make it a little more diverse, customization, not such a direct path.. other then that its a pretty good game ... 3 out of 5

Fighting with Autoturrents against the Shields result in no damage the whole time, and you can't stop Autoturrents shooting. Big Designing Mistake. Also the Game is to Easy.

If the gears don't evaporate, and they are automatically collected at the end of a level, why are they in the game? You are missing the point of a shooter. The money evaporates to force you to move out and get it.

Don't know about anyone else, but the Bullet Storm did everything I needed it to do, at least until I saved up enough for the Crusher. Saw no reason to get any of the in-between ships...

Jesus it's hard to play this game after playing Space Pirates and Zombies for twelve hours straight. I'm used to it's control scheme of "w" making you go in the direction you're facing.

Dood, you still need to pull the camera back. 95% of the time I am shooting at off-screen enemy indicators. I don't even know what the enemies look like. Same problem as Bubble Tanks. Have you _played_ your game?

Main character needs bigger boobs, maybe an inflation option. Should be able to see them when flying around; they should have nipple lasers too.

fun. but: am i the only one who has lmb and space bar pressed the whole time? maybe at least the option of autofire would be nice to keep my hands from cramping...
This is the biggest complaint and I think we could have done more there if we had the funding. As I mentioned elsewhere, we need your 5's and to increase the rating to make a sequel more likely, where we could make those kinds of improvements. Originally we kept it simple because we wanted to make it that way, we wanted the focus to be on trying new styles of ships and blowing stuff up in new ways.
