Because % has eyes and nose and : has eyes only. As you can see this is optimization: 2 symbols %) instead of 3 :-) and optimization is a good friend of every dev!

The pace of the game is too slow considering how simple the strategy. I don't need a ridiculously fast speed up button, but just something to keep me from falling asleep. I like the game otherwise.

Note to troops: If I tell you to go north to relieve my mage tower under siege, it does not mean go west to attack an enemy city. Thanks to your inability to follow orders, I lost the tower because you would not reinforce (and then would not disengage from the battle I told you to disengage from), and you died. Also, not being able to pause and issue commands is a serious bit of unhappiness.
And Call to the Grave? No. Just...no. Take half my troops to mutually annihilate my other half, and then have your full armies sweep across? No.
Not even badges overcome the frustration and futility.
So 1: make units follow orders. 2: allow a pause to set things up and issue orders. 3: Tone down Call to the Grave. Green's is fairly underpowered. I can weather both red and blue. Black....no.

This game has quite some potential! Pity it's ruined by things such as poor pathing, bad balance and the whole "rushing" that it expects us to do. Units having to circle to get into a building also ruined many "perfect" runs by 1 or 2 seconds. No retreat just makes a lot of the game frustrating. The "Ice" tribe was so obviously more powerful than any of the others. Easily evident by the 3rd "campaign" being the easiest. Hotkeys, better pathing, actual balance, longer campaign and stages that progressively require more time to actually complete and having a higher "perfect" time, or at least varying "perfect" times, would create an absolutely amazing game! Just hope we see the sequel soon :D Good luck!

Awsome game, only thing that really annoyed me was that units don't get upgraded if their base gets upgraded. You acctually have to kill off your units and make new ones for the upgrade to apply. Which makes the entire upgrade system utterly useless if you are going for perfect rating.

The only thing that I didn't quite like was the fact that you can perfect all levels with 50% of what the game offers. You need 2 squads for a village and 3 squads to conquer a town. I didn't build horses/catapults/mines/obelisks and didn't completely rebuild any towns, just rushed through. That was pretty one dimensional for a hard badge. Encouraging me to build and to develop new stragety would have been slightly more fun. But overall well done game.

Great game, except for one flaw: It seems there's no way to tell my troops to retreat after engaging the enemy; this is really annoying, as it cuts down on flexibility a lot

Suggestions: 1-To be able to play as the Rivadis Empire once it's all complete. 2-To be able to have an endless mode. 3- To have a wider variety of troops and buildings. 4-For the game to be longer. Click + if you think the game would be better if all of these things were put in the game.

In the sequel (should you choose to make one) you should be able to play as the necromancers, recapturing the continent, perhaps.

Would be nice to be able to order your troops. The current selection method is very clumsy. Troops also don't seem to do what you command (especially in level 8).
Great game though!

Ice has an insane late game. Super towers + self-healing bots. Green faction has great everything with the strongest early game. Red is just fast and fun, but not OP.

The percentage of gold consumption for the units is terrible! It needs to be set values of gold that the units use. I could have a 12 gold income and with just a few units, that is cut in half! and adding more mines doesn't help.

In the time between completing the mission and actually going to the mission complete screen my rating went from perfect to great.

A lot of lag for this simple game on my computer. Selecting multiply units doesn't work most of the time for me. And rushing is the only goal. Could be a good game, only an okay game for me though.

Frustrating how I would try to split units up- send one group of soldiers to the giant, and the other two to the city- and instead they all went to the same damn place no matter what. They only went where the battle was, and if I tried to separate them they would wait for the battle to be over. 2/5

I think the troops Should Be automatically Upgraded When they come back to The "upgraded" stronghold. Rather Then Give Them A suicide mission -___-"

I would like to have the chance to play as the bad guy when I finish to play all the other factions. They seems interesting.

In my opinion, it is just the standard rush siege game. I don't think this type added something special to it. However you did make nice work out of the strategic part, in which there is choice know in what units to chose. But, and this is not just this game but most of the online RTS gmaes has this, It still bothers me that after the first minute you know if you are going to win. You can get the upperhand to fast, and this is quite unsatisfying. I'd rather see, that I have to build and get ready for an attack, which is devastating then that I have to slowly progress In a game I know I am winning

Nice game, but it seemed somewhat anti-climatic. Also, given the time achievement, it essentially sets the game up for a rush approach - you lead a small powerful group and you kill every building in your way before anyone can build an offense - dropping healing spells as necessary. However, with this said, despite being designed for rush tactics your troops seem to ignore a building after its health has been depleted, it costs valuable time to redirect them to capture.

My approach to get all perfects went like this: 1) start with the hardest hitter that is most mobile - few levels give you cavalry-type units, so mostly its mage or archer type. If you can only buy one, usually rush the giant next to you and snap up the cash. The key is getting 2-3 units together and steamrolling. 2) Be on the offensive - only play defense when there is another party to help flank the enemy (not that often). On the level 8 stuff, realize you need two separate parties (again, 2-3 units for each party) to split and conquer. You'll rarely have time to fully restore a city, so just stay there long enough to health up and keep rolling. + if you like!

I'd love it if you could group units. Usually I have a couple of units that spend their whole time together, and it would save a lot of time if I could just press 1 and select the whole group.

I don't even care about the time limit, doesn't bother me any bit. But I would enjoy the game more if my troops weren't complete retards. I sent a squad of Horsemen to attack a Ogre and instead attacked a tower which somehow summoned about 3 squads of Melee units which ended up killing my troop, also when I summoned another squad (they countered my attack) to defend my castle, after killing that squad they instantly went and attacked the tower.
