Is there a way to turn auto attack off? It is extremely annoying when I try to get my troops to defend one of my cities, but they stay and attack the ogre that isn't in its way. Or when I'm trying to bring a unit back to my city to heal, but they won't listen to me.

the marching-in-formation mechanic should just go right out the window, since it never matters and all it does is slow things down

Also the unit AI is incredibly brainless and you can't manually order them to do things like retreat. If I order them to take a stronghold/town/tower, why do they just stand around nearby after reducing it to 0?

Good job guys. The lush cartoonist animation is easy on the eyes, the gameplay is fun and addictive.
Kudos for replying to the feedback.

i've noticed that sometimes replaying a mission gives you edicts, sometimes not. Can anyone explain me how that works?

I'm tired of units deciding to go do their own stuff instead of obeying orders. "Oh, I'm just passing by a sleeping ogre. I think I'll attack him on my own, even though I can't win that fight without backup and the boss told me to go for that fortress." "Oh, I was defending my town but, now that I've come out of the walls and defeated the invaders, I may as well walk over to the next town and attack it on my own. Even though I'm a frickin' archer so I'm useless in melee combat." If I die because my strategy was wrong, I'll try again. If I die because the game doesn't do what I tell it to do, I'll go play something else.

the call to the grave is breaking the game, it's transforms my elite units and even my ultimate, make only one use per level or make some kind of defence to it

3/5... to be honest, this has SO much wasted potential. Half of the spells for the ice campaign don't work as intended. Some of the perfects are nearly impossible to get even with maxed stats and overall the commands are buggy as hell. Beta test next time before you release, this could've been the next epic war.

When I can brutalize the entire map with two squads of archers and band ofimmortals there is something seriously wrong with your "strategy" game

Far too many annoyances. The greatest one for me at the moment is levels where you start with the ability to build only one unit, which isn't enough to actually do anything. So you build you unit, build a farm so you can have a second unit, and then you just have to sit and sit and sit (even on fast forward) until you have enough gold to afford a second unit. That seems very badly balanced.

Rasstis, every time you clear your cache/cookies the save file will be deleted. Have to find the save data in the temp folder and save it to another location for you to play it after you do that.

I am getting really tired of playing a game to completion (or almost completion) retunring to find m save gone. And no I did not erease it via cleaning the computer. Oh well, begers and chosers and all that I guess.

Extremely frustrating when you are just about to get your three stars score, but your army walks around for an extra 5 seconds before occupying the tower...

65 points and a card in just two reloads? Thanks, Kongregate, getting some points after completing the whole game is really nice bonus.

I thought it was funny that the "guards" icon is a sword and the "swordsman" icon is a shield. That seems needlessly confusing.

it bugs me that i can't choose, what my troops do - when they see an enemy, they mindlessly attack and can't be commanded, the rangers are the only loyal ones who get the hell away from there

Good game. Hope maps can be much larger, you know, in a way that you can scroll or drag the map, to increase the complexity and fun!
