I found a video here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=85lGcIpSMpE
if you want a list everything in writing/typing send me a pm, or I put a "shout" on my page.
vote up of it was helpful.

Tip: Look at the two pictures and cross your eyes until a third, sort of 3D-type image forms between the two. There'll be 5 things in that third 3D image that blink or flicker (or something like that; it's hard to describe. It's easier to see the flicker when the difference is big, like a rock, or a shadow). Those flickery things are the differences between the 2 images.
It takes some getting used to (you could possibly get a bit dizzy), but it's a really fast way to find all of them, once you become used to it. Hope I helped. ^^

For those looking for a tip on how to complete this game REALLY quickly (mainly since you want to do it for today's Kongpanion section): Hold down the [note: QWERTY keyboard, I do not know the equivalent for other setups] Q and W keys, and tap the right arrow to skip to the next level. Do this until you get to the last level. If you're having trouble, your worst-case-scenario is spamming clicks all over one side. Eventually, you'll find all five. (I found three normally on the final level, two were sky-related that I couldn't see no matter how I enlarged the map.)

some of these differences are so sublte yu'll end up looking over em about 900 times then when you do find it all you can do is facepalm

This is miserable. It just keeps going on and on, and some of the difference are so subtle that even with a sceen capture andpasting them into windows paintbrush, they're still non-trivial to find.

To all whom are complaining this is to hard are you 12 or something? It's people like you that is ruining the gaming industry, i remember a time when games were supposed to be hard, had no save feature and if you died you started again, if people like you stopped complaining we wouldn't have 'spoon fed' games that literally tell you what to do every step of the way, or achievements for sitting through unskippable cutscenes. You are trying to earn an achievement,it's supposed to be a challange, if you cant do it, try again or quit!. This game requires patience, the levels where the bricks are different are among the easiest, at least you know where to look, and if you can't do it it isn't the developers fault for making a game too hard!

Here is a last resort, use an image editor (like GIMP), take screenshot, paste twice and set blending mode on the second layer to difference. Moving left over to right will reveal all differences.

For those looking for a tip on how to complete this game quickly (mainly since you may want to do it for todays/tomorrows kongpanion quest of the day thing) Follow this tip.
1) Squint your eyes. how much you need will vary on how long you do this for.
2) While squinting, cross your eyes until the left and right images overlap, forming 3 images, the 2 real ones, and the 1 in the middle which is the two combined.
3) While squinting and holding it, the middle image should become clear while the others are blurry. If you think you can open your eyes now, then you may try it (it is all up to the individual)
4) Look for anything that is a bit blurry, or is flashing between colours. Those are the locations of the differences. Some may be harder to spot than others.
I hope this helps anyone out there that needs a bit of help with this.

More gripe now that I've finished the game (with a walkthrough).
Too much repetition (ie missing shadows, coloured bricks)
Some things too similar (thin/thick bricks).
Plus side, no penalty for multi-clicking.

Needs hint/walkthrough - most of my gripes have already been mentioned. Thanks to Mastier for that cross-eye idea, even though it didn't help me in the level I'm stuck on but it does make me want to work on stereoscopic images.

Great game, the most frustrating part was with hanging man and a drip:) And btw, i found that Boards of Canada is a great soundtrack for this.

Beautiful art, and clever, funny ideas! If it had a mirrored cursor, and some kind of hint system, ANY kind of hint system, I'd give it five stars. But the amount of time I spent staring at a picture with 1 difference left kind of killed the fun.

This was AMAZING! Man was it hard, (I literally didn't catch one of the stars near the end, and because I wear glasses I don't even know what's up with the tree.) But the moving pictures, and the world are so interesting. (The man walking his ATOM?! the giant robot in the park?)
6 stars, I'd LOVE to see more!

Oh wow, this is a great game, great art, levels, and i liked how you tried to distract us with moving, glowing, or shiny things! 5/5

These sort of games generally provide a "mirrored cursor" to aid in comparison. It is disappointing you failed to do so.
