It's a bit - I'm exaggerating - hard to make this guy actually climb...he/she always hangs instead of going up which causes me to fall and have to restart many times...and I rage quit too if you didn't know :|

If anyone remembers this game from Sega Genesis it was Decap Attack this games attack and movement basics are quite is VERY similar to it,cept when you get hurt you dont lose your skull, and it brings back ALOT of memorys thank you for this wonderful game it gets a nice 5/5 and fav.if anyone gets a chance you should download a Sega Genesis Emulator and play DecapAttack, one of the best platformed semi-scary headless games ever

I enjoy that you keep the catchy sound track in each of your games. I enjoy playing each and everyone of them and some are my new favorites. Keep up the good work! ;)

The one thing I would add to or remove from this game would be the ability to customize the controls. I cannot tell you how many times I died thinking A was jump and S was attack.

Finally sat down and played through the whole game. Really good game, Jay. There were a few platform glitches, and it's slightly annoying how enemies can walk on spikes. Other than that, great game. And I love how you can chose your ending.

The only reason Jay Armstrong games are awesome...
...is because every SINGLE one of his games have epic music. Now let me upload that to my MP3.

I wish the bird could attack in Pirate mode. My favorite part of the whole game was attacking with the octopod and having that not carry over was a bummer. still 5/5

The art, story and gameplay is really nice! I didn't quite bothered to kick all those birds to their nests... but it was still fun tossing them around! Only the worm was kind of...useless? He didn't do much. Also selecting your ending is always quite enchanting. Very nice game!

I wish the controls were customizable. I would like to reverse the attack and jump buttons because that feels more natural to me.

Too many peeves. Coins from chests never stop bouncing, throwing the tetrapod is the best form of combat, coins being health isn't very useful since they're never in high combat areas, controls are sometimes unresponsive (on multiple occasions, i would try to kick and the delay would make the game believe i was trying to use my wrench), the tetrapod will often fall behind and I just don't care enough to go back to fetch it, climbing walls is possible by repeatedly jumping and then wall running against a single wall, bounces are ridiculous (in the bear arena, i defeated the buzzsaw guards by getting them in a position where they would peel the tetrapod, throw it, and then have it hit a wall, only to bounce right back onto their face), archer kicks often sent me into deathtraps like spikes, ... too many little things add up to 3/5

pirate mode is good. it adds challenge with a companion that can't do squat except fly which is use less and slower than the octopod. the only other problem though is the plot. it is the same thing. how about instead the plot is ''oh look land lets take it.'' then he murders kit, the octopod and the octopods girl friend, and the angry bear furious at the murder of his friend sends his army after him while the pirate hunts him to become ruler of mavigonia.

the controls won't respond sometimes and i keep on doing things that i haven't commanded my character to do. Good music and good idea though.
