The game seems to run a little laggy. could be on my end, but I didnt get a very good experience out of it. The story was good though.

man... I can't wait for the next on in the series, and I think anyone who has played this game is with me. 5/5, great story, game play, and just about everything else.

i didnt know what to do, i couldnt find a weapon, and everyone was dead, so i just pressed some buttons and when i pressed [enter] the scene selection popped up and i pressed "get weapon" and then i had a weapon and anabel was alive and there was a monster that wasnt there before that was holding anabel. then i pressed "escape for real" and then the game was over as i escaped in the elevator. ummm, that was too easy

The game starts out great; we have a story worth following and nice graphics, then the developer stumbles on every mistake that one can make in a game and even invents a few new ones. Too bad, it had so much potential too.

The game is GREAT. However, it's missing something. More enemies after you get the severed arm, perhaps. It would also lend a larger element of fear to the game if you were actually able to die.

To get all 49 sprite droppings, you first must get all of them in the initial scene before the lights go out. There are 10 of them that you'll just have enough time to collect; if you miss any, they will disappear and you can't get them later (reload the game if this happens). The remaining 39 you can get any time; they are often hidden in corners and near ledges. If you take the left passage from the elevator, there is a small passage downwards, and left of there is a huge circle of them.
Other notes: When in the narrow passage, if you see the jaws closing in around you, shine the flashlight behind you and it will ward off the... thing. When you need a weapon, pickup the claw that is above and to the right of the small monster Anabel killed. To beat the big monster, sneak up behind it and attack its tail a few times. Also, your character is called D, and if you get all 49 sprite turds, you get to learn more about what happens next.

This game has decent graphics and an ok story. It doesn't feel fully realized and leaves me wanting more. Horrible voice acting, no real danger since you can't die - everything is a scripted event even the combat and it comes down to nothing more than an easter egg hunt for the sprite droppings. Not great but certainly not horrible either. 3/5
