1. F@H
2. Becoming Modenator
3. Gettin' own level into gampaign.
Cowboy hat comes only from F@H, even admins have to get it there (Example: B@BY*G Gratz from Cboy)

hey does someone know if the cowboy hat and the crown can STILL be obtained? 'cause i finally got to 10000 F@H points but it has been a week since and the cowboy hat hasn't been awarded :(

Also a monthly best or weekly best tab would be good, too, because the all time best tab gets old really quick, and today's best levels can be pretty bad sometimes.

Well, it's happy hour, and I've played about 500 races solo on campaign, all time best, and newest, and the message that says I will get a jump start hat hasn't shown up... How exactly do you get it once you are in happy hour?

Dear Jiggmin, You should make a button in PM's that allows you delete all PM's at once. &, A button that lets you chose: 'Delete All Friends' 'Delete All Friends That Are Mods/Admins', 'Delete All Friends That Aren't Mods/Admins', &, 'Add Every Mod/Admin As A Friend On PR2', because we'd like to know when there's a mod/admin on so we know we can PM them if we are seeing trolls in a different server. Because on my accounts, when I come back from like over a year, I decide to delete all the friends I don't remember (like 50 + friends), that takes a while to delete. &, You should make a thing like every 10 rank ups, you get 3 Rank Tokens.
