Having played The Book of Living Magic several years ago, and loving it from the very first minute, I've always remembered it fondly. Just found this game today, played it, and it moved me to tears. Thank you for this amazing thing that you have created!

Simply great. Clear and simple concept, and well portrayed too. It's not every day that you see a short story this well done. Also, I hadn't played The Book of Living Magic, but that didn't prevent me from getting attached to Screech at the end.

I love going through bookcases, you can find the most interesting things... And particularly mysterious things as well. In this case, they were blue and green.

Well this was unexpected, the music goes wonderfully with it. It's put me in a very peaceful and contemplative mood. Story telling at its finest 5/5. My eyes may also be a little damp.

Wow, that was unexpectedly awesome. Not much gameplay but the story was great and touching. The middle section was a bit odd but baby Screech was adorable and old Screech was very sad. I was in a mix of thinking about my past pets and my own life. Well done!

I played this right after I had played the book of living magic. after quickly learning that this game was a direct sequel to that one, I immediately became invested, as I thought I knew exactly what to expect. Boy was I wrong. with screech being one of he most hilarious characters in the book of living magic, I loved this game both because of the fact that I got to live through another story in the land of dreams, and because of finally knowing the story behind screech. plus, who doesn't love comparing emperor palpatine and pope benedict XVI?
5/5

A stunning, stunning game. After I finished, I just sat in my chair for a while, thinking. Not many things can make me do that.

I can't stand these alleged "games" that are nothing but animated story telling with minor interaction. If I wanted to read a book I would grab one off the shelf.

i-...th-... i can't say how sad i felt, i-it just drove home how sad life is, that it must inevitably end, no matter how much it seems like it can't... thank you, just thank you for this gift you gave me. i cannot say that enough, thank you, thank you so much. infinity/5 don't stop doing this, never stop being you, and never, absolutely never, stop makeing games like this, i-i just want to cry...

This box is bigger on the inside. It contains a TARDIS, which in turn contains a box just like this with another TARDIS inside. LOL!

I have never fallen in love with a character as fast as I did with Screech. It's a very touching story. Even if it is a bit short, I think you did a wonderful job. And yes, I cried like a baby at the end. 5/5 great job.

he maker of these fine images collected into one of the finest quality to place upon the network of interconnected devices known for, communicating, computing, and personal pleasure, is by far an individual of extraordinary skill and comedic ability. I must inform that my admiration for the aforementioned individual is quite substantial for the skill and prowess that he displays in making these aforementioned images combined into a literature

A better tale of a much loved cat I have never heard. Beautifully reminded me of the furry ones I miss :) It's not often a big ugly hulk like me sniffles away but this little tale made me tear up like Gwyneth.

I love this game. My cat of 17 years has recently passed away and it's good to be able to remember the good times with him. I'll always miss you Garth!!!

Wow. This was beautiful and touching. I liked seeing some old faces from the first game, and I'm glad we got to learn more about Screech. Gonna go cuddle with my cat now...

At Catcatrock, I think Sierra refers to Sierra Entertainment - pioneers of point and click games. I think it changed hands in 1996.
