Okay guys, just so you know the power of flight doesn't make you fly very high, but is useful for long jumps. This makes the pit of darklings easier to go over. I haven't reahed the boss yet, but I'm taking my time. I played this a year ago and saw a darkling attack sly. I got really upset, but I think that the second one is better. No boss, no bad guys, no worries. The second game is rather enthralling, so to speak. Although, I want a William and sly 3. + if you agree, thanks for making this!

You can tell Sly has been working long and hard to learn to fly, he already knows how to change direction while in midair, it was really just a matter of time.

Grrr darklings. Just grr. I cannot get rid of the annoying buggers! there should be a way to kill them after the runes are all activated. So infuriating.

Not that I'm complaining, but why is the Un-charted territory badge a medium? Seemed relatively easy and fast to do. Great game though, much fun to be had.

One of my all-time favorite flash games. This needs a second game with an even larger map and perhaps a new ability for Sly. One of the very few games on Kong that I've rated 5/5.

Beautiful game, The background music and sound effects work perfectly with it. I also enjoyed how fluently everything moved, nothing was glitchy.

@hotsauce72, here's a more detailed explanation. 1. The boss will first travel with its mouth wide open, dodge that. 2. After half a second of the boss going away, it will go back onto the same spot, but with its mouth closed, you can touch it. If 1. happens but 2. takes longer, the boss will go on the opposite side. So if it was on top, the boss will go down.

Incredibly artistic game with beautiful gameplay, music, controls, and storyline. I enjoyed myself to the fullest extent. The signs, the holes, the monsters, the runestones, the chests and keys and mushrooms... It's all beyond the point of magical, it is quite simply mystifying. The flying was wonderful, and I loved the end scene artwork. The near static-like world with its lines and vibrations made the game a bit dizzying, but overall I feel as though it contributed to the atmosphere of the game. I loved the boss, and every hidden little alcove that I'm sure I didn't find. Beyond belief, this is one of my favorite games on Kongregate, and I happily rate it with a full 5 stars!

Got a score of 12034. This game was beautiful. Loved the final boss. This is a really peaceful game that doesn't have much challenge to it. If the boss actually hurted you instead of stalling you to kill it, it would make it a bit more exciting. Thanks for reading my comment ;D.

Bizarre that hotsauces advice about the snake boss has been voted plus so many times. Its so patently only half-right. The snake follows a very very obvious pre-ordained pattern. Very very easy. Thinking of the final lair in terms of tiers (there are 4, and number them from bottom to top as 1-4) the snake goes tier 2, 1, 3, 4, 2, 1, 3, 4. Etc etc.

I think I found a bug. I've played this game once before and everything was fine but this time, after going left from the cabin, I entered a tunnel and ended up in another world. Sly is free falling through a grey landscape and won't stop. Great screen saver though.
