Well, I only tried this out for the badges, nothing else but hey... I might just check this out more, have stuff to do during free time at work. Seems to be good enough to kill time.
We actually had a bit more pizzazz in our Fights but feedback from the players led us to the conclusion that more people prefer the basic presentation in a game like this. Thanks for the comment, though!
We've heard that comment a lot, but we've also heard from people who go against their preconceived notions that they find this game really enjoyable once they try it! Maybe give it a go and see if you like it!

3/5 as default:
+1: artwork is nice, icons can be lazy with hue shifts
+1: devs seem highly active, lots of events
-1: pay 2 win game. Money for cosmetics is better, use your art department
-1: War season is stupid. Attacked by people thousands of levels above you, constantly hitlisted and unable to retaliate. More exp lost than gained
-1: Ambushes useless. Rigging is pointless. Ambushes cost stam and money both (why?)
-1: Boss and PvP health should be separate (see DotD, LoTS). Annoying to keep making myself vulnerable because a boss I want to hit shows up.
-1: Player abuse uncontrolled. Hitlisted by guys hundreds of levels below me and killed by their higher level alts. Gifted the same item days in a row by multiple people within seconds of one another. Botting on hitlist seems obvious.
Overall: 1/5. There are better games with more content and better systems out there. Power creep in this is also laughable. Why bother?

Let me try to address a few of your concerns: War Season is entirely optional, if you don't want to be hit by other players looking to meet their Daily GPs, join a non-War Syndicate. Also, try setting up your Gift wishlist so you aren't sent Secret Gifts over and over. Our game isn't pay to win either, once you hit higher levels the amount of Mobsters you have make a bigger difference in fights. We do what we can to stamp out bot and alt use, if you see players that you believe are breaking the rules please use the in-game reporting tools. I was planning to just get the badges for this game, but here i am, on a 40-day streak and at level 418. :)
I'm having a bit of a problem though. My Internet connection is not that stable, and when it gets a bit slow, I can't scroll down to click on links (for example, bosses beyond Ivanov). I would suggest putting an in-game scroll bar to sort this out. Otherwise, nice job KanoApps. :)
Glad you stuck around and congrats on the badges! We're working on the reducing the instances of where the page doesn't fully load under certain circumstances, so a scroll bar shouldn't be necessary once we get this sorted. Thanks for the suggestion, though! :)

I see that the developers are quite active and the game isn't ignored by the them, so this is a quite promising sign, anyway I really like this game ; Keep up the good work guys!

I'd be a lot more inclined to assist and gift people if it didn't involve closing so many popup windows. Please consider making these actions less click heavy.

There's a one major thing wrong... A mailbox for sent messages. I have no idea what messages I've sent and to whom... Or am I wrong? If there is a mailbox for that, please let me know. And sorry for my bad english :)
You can view the history of an exchange if you click on "Recent History" under a particular message. Once an message is deleted from your Inbox, however, it is gone for good.
We don't offer that option, but no worries, if you feel like you built your character incorrectly there are plenty of opportunities to turn that around. :)

I think I've been a real fool. At first, I thought this game was terrible, like all games of this type. But now, I've earned both badges with happiness, and must congratulate you for a game that outranks all other multiplayer games. Oh, and, my rating has changed from 1/5 to 3/5.

You need to fix the fight system I always lose no matter what because of the people listed have mods 300+ bigger than mine. and it should be made where people of higher levels shouldn't be able to attack you
Mob size doesn't really come into effect until you hit higher levels and you can only attack other Mobsters 10% above or below your level. If someone outside that range is attacking you that means you provoked them and they have 24 hours to retaliate or until they kill you, whatever comes first. Level cap on missions completely limits the game... I'm already capped by how much energy I have.... Bored of this now, going back to mafia wars
Have you tried putting any points into Stamina and hitting Bosses, trying PVP, Battle Arena or Syndicate Wars? There's more to this game then just Jobs. :)

i was only here for the badges and i think i actually found a game i can play forever with out getting bored (waiting for energy and stamina dont count)
Thanks for the suggestion! You can see how much money someone has in the Bank on the World leaderboard. Generally, most players don't rely too much on the Bank to store their cash.

in this game i would recomend a sort of chat like if kongregate chat is not working you have mob wars la cosa nostra and maby less energy consume like in missions or jobs use alot of energy so mayby less energy usage
Thanks for your suggestion on the chat! As for the Energy usage, make sure to fill out your Elite Mobsters; the Mastermind will save you Energy on Jobs.

Not very impressive for the genre. A lack of things to do, requiring inviting your friends to the game, a constant cost of money to buy good gear. Overall it is like the rest in the genre suffering from being P2W - Pay to Win, not to mention this one is significantly boring. 2/5
Hey LordMaceX, you don't actually need to invite your friends to play, you can just drop your Invite code in the chat or on the forums (it's found on your Mob page). Additionally while purchasing items helps, the strength of your Mob is what makes the main difference. Thanks for playing, though. :)

Not much to set this apart from similar games, but I'm still here after lvl 315. Good game for wasting a few minutes here and there, or almost an hour at a time. I'm still not fond of games that force me to stop playing, but this one has something that's got me hooked for now. I really didn't think I'd be playing after I got the badges.
I also like that the Dev takes the time to respond to most of the comments. Rare for a "pay" game.
