stop with the even gear on the limited quantity/time or make it so its only one of them at a time please I rather buy for a specific one that I'm trying to make stronger then overall strength just my opinion but I know some others that would agree.
We usually try to rotate between Attack, Heavy and balanced, but there has been a dearth of A/D specific items lately. I'll pass your comments along to the design team!

Just to say many thanks to the Developer, for taking the time to both read, and especially to respond, to the comments made about Mob Wars.
Also, my apologies for not realising that Mob Wars preceded Mafia Wars!
This type of game may not be suited to everyone, but it's nice to see something like this, that's a more unusual game type for Kongregate.

The screen is only showing have of the game. I can only click on 2 bosses and it won't let me scroll down in the game.
Thanks for your report. These types of issues are sometimes caused by out-dated game information being stored in your browser.
Here are some things that you can try that often help:
- Refreshing the page
- Logging out and clearing your browser's cache
- Updating your browser to the latest version
- Checking that JavaScript is enabled: http://www.activatejavascript.org

Yup, first one solved: Roll over the mouse on "sell" in the stockpile and you'll see how many of the items are in use. Thanks kanoapps. Response in t solve. Thats what I mean :)

After 2 months, I still play daily and like it a lot.
I have 2 development recommendations:
1. Let people see the sorted listing in the stockpile of items currently used by mobsters, like in "see details" in the fight tab. This way you knew exactly which items are too weak to be used but still cost upkeep.
2. Display when your stamina/energy/health will be full, so you can plan boss attacks better.
Plus, just finishing my thesis about social media, an I can say you guys do a hell of a good job in here. You do everything right.

There's a couple filter options on the stockpile page, so if you sort by Attack/Defense low to high then you can see which items of your are too weak to be carried into battle and get rid of those by upkeep (as an alternative to what you suggested). Like others, I tried this game only for the badges but I found I kind of really like it. I just wish it was a little more polished. Like hovering over a name gave a little box of info(lvl, whether a mob, maybe a send a gift button) but also the existed implemented hover over features, such as over an item, seem a bit delayed so that you think it's not going to come and then move your mouse away when it comes at the last second. Also, I find it a bit difficult to see the atk/def of an item. When I get a drop and I forget what stats the item has it's kind of a pain to check. You have to go way out of your way. Just put a quick hoverable display with that instead of just the name.

okay one more thing. when i receive gift in the "people" icon, why is it that sometimes it shows one of the person's wishlist items,and sometimes a window with all the gift items and the person's top 5 wishlist items?

Sorry Kanoapps, I forgot to mention that they are attacking me AND punching me AND hitlisting. But the attacking is the worst problem because I can't ambush them even though I have enough money, energy and stamina. No fair.
If they've attacked you in the last 24 hours then you should be able to set an Ambush on them. Or, if they're a lower level than you and you retaliate and kill them, they'll disappear off your Rivals list. If you think something else is going on, please write into Support (support.kanoapps.com) and we'll take a look at your account!

Have you ever thought about raising the gift limit? Not that I use all of my 100 if I am being lazy and only regift or gift along if it's an option
This gets brought up from time to time both internally and on our forums (forums.kanoapps.com) and the general consensus is that 100 is about the right number for daily gifts. We appreciate the feedback, however! :)

How come I can't ambush anyone who's over 1000 level even though they've just attacked me and I have enough money, stamina and energy? Fix this please, those SMEG people keep attacking me.
Are they Fighting you or Hitlisting you? If they're Hitlisting you, what you're looking for is Rigged Ignitions. You can't Ambush someone if they're Punching or Listing you.

At least the favor points are free so reaching level 50 is easy. You autolevel between 25-30 by balancing all-stamina and doing easy raids.

Well, I only tried this out for the badges, nothing else but hey... I might just check this out more, have stuff to do during free time at work. Seems to be good enough to kill time.
We actually had a bit more pizzazz in our Fights but feedback from the players led us to the conclusion that more people prefer the basic presentation in a game like this. Thanks for the comment, though!
We've heard that comment a lot, but we've also heard from people who go against their preconceived notions that they find this game really enjoyable once they try it! Maybe give it a go and see if you like it!

3/5 as default:
+1: artwork is nice, icons can be lazy with hue shifts
+1: devs seem highly active, lots of events
-1: pay 2 win game. Money for cosmetics is better, use your art department
-1: War season is stupid. Attacked by people thousands of levels above you, constantly hitlisted and unable to retaliate. More exp lost than gained
-1: Ambushes useless. Rigging is pointless. Ambushes cost stam and money both (why?)
-1: Boss and PvP health should be separate (see DotD, LoTS). Annoying to keep making myself vulnerable because a boss I want to hit shows up.
-1: Player abuse uncontrolled. Hitlisted by guys hundreds of levels below me and killed by their higher level alts. Gifted the same item days in a row by multiple people within seconds of one another. Botting on hitlist seems obvious.
Overall: 1/5. There are better games with more content and better systems out there. Power creep in this is also laughable. Why bother?

Let me try to address a few of your concerns: War Season is entirely optional, if you don't want to be hit by other players looking to meet their Daily GPs, join a non-War Syndicate. Also, try setting up your Gift wishlist so you aren't sent Secret Gifts over and over. Our game isn't pay to win either, once you hit higher levels the amount of Mobsters you have make a bigger difference in fights. We do what we can to stamp out bot and alt use, if you see players that you believe are breaking the rules please use the in-game reporting tools. I was planning to just get the badges for this game, but here i am, on a 40-day streak and at level 418. :)
I'm having a bit of a problem though. My Internet connection is not that stable, and when it gets a bit slow, I can't scroll down to click on links (for example, bosses beyond Ivanov). I would suggest putting an in-game scroll bar to sort this out. Otherwise, nice job KanoApps. :)
Glad you stuck around and congrats on the badges! We're working on the reducing the instances of where the page doesn't fully load under certain circumstances, so a scroll bar shouldn't be necessary once we get this sorted. Thanks for the suggestion, though! :)

There's a one major thing wrong... A mailbox for sent messages. I have no idea what messages I've sent and to whom... Or am I wrong? If there is a mailbox for that, please let me know. And sorry for my bad english :)
You can view the history of an exchange if you click on "Recent History" under a particular message. Once an message is deleted from your Inbox, however, it is gone for good.
We don't offer that option, but no worries, if you feel like you built your character incorrectly there are plenty of opportunities to turn that around. :)

I think I've been a real fool. At first, I thought this game was terrible, like all games of this type. But now, I've earned both badges with happiness, and must congratulate you for a game that outranks all other multiplayer games. Oh, and, my rating has changed from 1/5 to 3/5.
