The tutorial is really rather hard to follow -- I can't really read a tiny box of text in the corner while simultaneously trying not to run into things and shoot them dead. I believe a sample level with freezing for instructions on the specific thing shown onscreen (press a certain key to continue) would be more appropriate here.

Pro Tip: If you use warp speed at the same time as time stop, you can beat the levels immediately after lvl 20, earning you easy perfect bonuses and lots of money quickly.

If you keep crashing your ship into the bosses they wont attack you and you can keep healing yourself with b. It gets even easier once you get darkness energy charge because you'll never run out of mana.

The Boss World isn't endless...I reached the end but no award or achievement for it :( Too bad.And there is Legendary Nova on level 26 :)

I've been really, really trying to like this one. And it's not that I don't like it, it's good. I just cannot enjoy it. Everything is too...chaotic. And I know that's what this genre is but..this game has just taken it way too far..there so much going on and so many things to try to dodge that there isn't much strategy. Also those weird box things blend into and I run into them with seeing I'm going to. The other thing is..there's all these upgrades, which is nice...but only 6 at a time? That ruins it. I think the big problem is that every level is a xerox of the last one...shoot..shoot..shoot...oh no a boss is coming...bigger ship..shoot shoot. And that's the whole thing. It's a good game that I can see people loving but, I just cannot get into it. It's just too..chaotic for me and it's missing that..."fun factor". I'm just bored stiff.

Awesome game! it's simply amazing, the gameplay, the upgrades, the graphics, the music, the boss fights, everything was incredible. I loved the upgrade system, the ship/enemy/boss art, the music, the bonuses, which made some intense weapon combinations(DOUBLE BLUE LAZORS!!! xD) and the way the upgrades are really worth the money you use(sure, it needs quite a lot of grinding(unless you're lucky with ''V'' coins, i did get about 6 of them) but the upgrades are really worth it). Well, that's it, a sure 5/5 and favorited from me. Looking forward to the sequel now.(oh, by the way, what does the ''NEKO's Amazatron'' upgrade does? i completed the whole game, bought it, but noticed no difference on anything...)

It has been a long time since I played the 2 after this one and must have missed this one. I think I enjoyed this one more than the newer ones something about the upgrades I just seemed to like more. But what the heck is neko's amazatron? maybe it is a base weapon as I never lost my upgrades by then. one thing I would like to see but would probably make things to easy is a way to lock in your ultimate weapon upgrade. keep up the great work.

Amazatron does increase damage, but its a different weapon, therefore it does not increase damage but change it as a whole, I found it does more damage until you get better ships, then the regular lasers do more.

SirBon> For me Neko's Amazatron turned my red lasers into blue balls. Couldn't really tell if it increased power or not...

Good game! Also the music that plays during levels (and not bosses) makes me feel nostalgic somehow. Such a wonderful game I've played!

oh man the memories. the game, or at least the music hasn't aged too well lol. awesome the the developer still has activity though.

Tip: if you kill all the enemies in the level, you get some nice gold. level 5 gave me 70000 gold in bonus due to killing all the enemies. just use time stop a lot to get them all. Enjoy the extra money!

wow. at level 1 a got missile blast and killed the boss with no problem and in less than 5 seconds. that is going for #1 in my record book for amount of time boss killed.

I usually suck at SHMUPs, but these are fun. The number of upgrades you can use seems aggressively small compared to the number to choose from, though.

i think this is an easter egg that includes the tetra fire in enigmata 1 into enigmata2:Genus Revenge:in enigmata,ya know the tetra fire. But in engmata 2:Genus Revenge, you have a 1% chance of getting not the tetra fire, but the ULTRA tetra fire in enigmata 2:Genu's revenge.sO KEEP THIS COMMENT ALIVE BY RATING+'s all the time

I don't know if this is a glitch or not, but when i replayed level 3, an enemy dropped a gold with the word "V" on it, i collected it and it just gave me 3 million gold. I'M NOT JOKING.

THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT
If you get missile blast, ultra fire, and double fire in this order you will get an amazing fire upgrade (that is not its name)
