i'm on google chrome and i dont seem to be able to play. it displays the deck of cards with Level 99 and a silhouette of a bird with a bunch of 9's.

The AI doesn't understand how to setup and win paxes, or multiple paxes. I went all 18 levels without loosing. That being said it is a nice change up of a smooth quick card game, and it is quite polished. It will be fun to see how I do against a person, my guess it pretty much becomes like war in that it is random who wins with 2 people who understand how to play.

I got all the way to level 18, first try... and noticed that no one, /ever/, had gotten past level 18. Considering the sheer number of people, is there something actually preventing passing level 18?

Awesome game. I beat all 18 levels and my only issue was how easy it is. I only lost 2 paxes in the entire game and got to level 18 on my first try.

Great concept. I'd love to see more, but just make sure you keep sure you keep the simplicity. The simplicity is a great aspect that I rarely see in a FUN card game :)

Also, I think it's a bit misleading to call it "new and innovative". It's just War with a spin on it. I mean seriously, "pax" is just latin for "peace", which gives it away right away.

i had a pax between two different birds... like the color of the backround was different... is that normal??? it was with a gull and something else.

Fun but too easy - I beat all the levels without losing once, without really paying much attention to strategy. I think the most important thing to improve the AI would be for it to prioritize winning when there has been a Pax (especially multiple Paxes); it tends to burn its families on normal hands so that when a Pax comes it is defenseless.

i agree, a very simple game... I LIKE IT! we have all these complex games that are prity good, with all these crappy simplistic ones inbetween, its nice to have a good simplistic game, its easy to learn... fun, and i just like it all around 5/5, i can't really find anything bad with it, other than it takes up my whole moniter screen, it sucks being cursed wit a small moniter

It was fun at first, it gradually went down in the "fun level" after a while, still it was good, I ended up playing all 18 levels 4/5.

i think that the gameplay is absolutely a great idea! more cards are needed tho... and some other cards that maybe... prevent your opponent from making pax or getting backup from other cards... things like that! a card shop would be great too :D
otherwise the only 2 things about THIS game is it gets really repetitive... and the fact that its birds.... im all for nature and such... but the whole bird thing isnt really.... my favorite! a reskin would be awesome! for now im rating it 3/5

I dont like how people are always say *whiny voice* "it needs a card shop, it needs a purpose, it needs xp system"

game got stuck twice for me at level 5, couldnt bother to find out why. whenever AI selects a card to play, i cant choose anything, so its kinda annoying. anyway 4/5

This is just the sort of game I love - very simple, but with many opportunities to turn things around on the opponent. I won one of the later levels by doing one MASSIVE Pax, for example.
