To get the badge.. Complete the last level, get to the screen where it says "To be, and let be, beloved." And just hang there for a minute. (should be less) And viola!

I wish there was an option to uprate the developer responses to comments. Your way of dealing with the more negative comments is brilliant and some of your responses are hilarious. Kranggames has really brightened up my day with both this game and all the comments!
I really enjoyed reading this one ^_^ Like I said earlier, it's totally possible to deal with people's negativity without being a total jerk. Thanks for commenting, I'm very happy I've managed to brighten your day! <3

This is a wonderful game with a nice message. I hope you stay in a good mood because im liking the games you are making. :)

Well I feel a lot fuzzier inside after playing, it's filled with so much 'aww' that I can't help but love it. And the comments are just as great to read, really nice to see such a hugely positive comments section.

I mostly agree with this game, except the level with one person.
It says you can not be happy without love, while I believe that if you think you need a significant other to be happy, then you are not yet ready to have one.
Great feedback! I guess I was mostly trying to draw a parallel between gay- and non-gay relationships, how no matter what a person's preference, being together can be lovely while being single can be lonely. You're totally right though, generally if you want to be truly happy you have to be comfortable with yourself too :) Anyway, thanks so much for playing!

This game is great. Short, simple, puzzly, very nicely looking, the underlining dialog is perfect and spot on. Well done.

Just a word of advice: being alone does not mean being in a "loneliness hole". Love is great but is not the only thing in life or the only way to be successful and happy, socially or otherwise.

Hah, cute... guess this could cover the love a parent has for their child, or Boston has for the Red Sox? Either way, it's well said without being probing or judgmental.
You're absolutely ABSOLUTELY right. I made this game a long time ago when I wasn't quite as educated as I am now. If I could rewrite that level (the files are long gone), it'd probably be along the lines of "Some Sirs/Madams don't even need a romantic connection, and that's fine too." (but yknow, less ham-handed). Anyway thank you for commenting :)

Loved it, and the developer responses to comments have given me the biggest laugh in weeks. Well done on making such a simple game that still managed to get my attention.
It's all about the surprise rainbows!

Not sure which aspect I appreciate more, the game and it's message, or the fact that so many people support them both, nice job

Aha! I just noticed that the "Loneliness-Hole" level alternates between Sir and Madam on subsequent playthroughs. Nice touch!

A wonderful game...which doesn't feature violence or stress? With well-thought out puzzles, and with a wonderful message? I'm in game heaven.

A little detail that I loved about the game is how the loneliness level is one of the easiest, but also less satisfying level.

oh there was a message? i just wanted my badge. didn't come to get in a whole pro-gay/anti-gay debate. gamer, gay-mer, it's all the same. idc who my party is sleeping with as long as we kill the final boss and get mad loots.
Hahaha, spoken like a true gamer ;) On that front, congratulations on the badge and award dude! Go check out my other game, "i saw her standing there", that one's got a badge too ;)

Playing on windows 10 on firefox. The game freezes once I complete the first level, and nothing happens other than a satisfying "level complete" noise. Anyone else experiencing this?

You make some truly inspirational games, great messages and amazing playablity, it's rare to find both. Happy to give you 5/5 on all your games and as long as you keep making them I'll keep playing them!

Sometimes a sir loves a madam who marries another sir and then the sir falls in love with another madam who is married to a different sir who is then hit by a car driven by madam's former sir who had children out of wedlock with a different madam.

I love the game. Just take a simple original mechanics and put it to a funny and interesting story. And good music. Krang, I really thank you for your games.

Wow it's amazing that you're still responding to comments! Replayed this game after a couple years, and that upbeat music still brings a smile to my face :)

I started to get frustrated at that last level, so I closed my eyes and pressed randomly, and when I opened them I was just one button press away from love, and then I was happy.
It seems love can reveal its path when you least expect it.
As a proud son of a lesbian mother, I fully support the message this game presents.
(I wouldn't have minded some lasers though ;) )

This game is good, but it's got a few things that I personally think stop it from being fantastic. The message is a little bit on the blatant side- it's told straight to the player instead of allowing the player to work some bits out themselves. Which is fine, it just reduces the impact a little as it feels more like someone's telling us something than us actually playing like the character and experiencing it on a more personal level (which when utilised to its full extent is one of the advantages of games over other forms of media). I'd point to examples like Pretentious Game for games which have messages which are presented very powerfully. Still, I like both the message and the puzzles in this game and as someone who's thinking of coming out of the closet soon as lesbian, it's very nice to see games like these exploring those concepts. It's just a pity this one isn't much more than the sum of it's parts. I'll rate it 4/5.

This game was adorable. It's too bad I didn't find it until 5 years after its release. The music is making me cry as I write this comment.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Cute game. The message is so true. Why does there have to be so many obstacles in the way of love? Humans can get in the way of everything sometimes, can't they? I mean, people love who they love, and that's something they really can't help. People just need to be more accepting of things like this.

Nifty. I don't know why but my parents and teachers never approve to this. I knew they were wrong. Love is everywhere no matter who you are. I love it so much I could just give you 5/5 >.<

The splash screen before the third level really made my day (since I fall into that category). So many 'lovey dovey' games are always boy & girl and sometimes it's disheartening.
So thank you, thank you, for doing something a little different and trying to open a few eyes. "Sometimes it's a little more difficult for Sir and Sir."
