I am not digging the whole "x to jump" thing. Whats wrong with the up arrow to jump? Would that make the game to easy?

2:58 (178 secs). I suppose a perfect run would be somewhere around 2:50 unless people discover glitches and shortcuts? What's the record here? :)
For the underwater shooters you only need to dodge the first bullet, then you can go up again. Mash jump to run above water on some screens. You can release the jump key sooner to make smaller jumps (and then you don't have to wait for the cat to land if a second jump follows).
Also, this is probably trivial but if you have to go down after a ledge, you can go the tiniest bit faster by jumping before the edge (thus you are falling faster after crossing the edge).

Nice that the game is so short but optionally allows for some speedrunning fun. ^^ Also some cuteness points. Definitely a 4/5.

What does that feather with the [X] key next to it in the second dungeon even mean? I don’t have no “feather” key on my keyboard.

3:35 and i dont see where i could get the fewseconds i'm missing. I dont die, i dont waste time anywhere, i go through stuff.... well maybe if i play the game 5 times more i can get it but i don't think that's fun, that would just be work... as stated above "The worst badges are the ones that make you hate games you used to like." ..... 3/5 insead of 4/5.

Few hints and tips for the hard badges guys; The underwater spitting thing when your going to get that feather, be patient! Sink to the bottom of it, wait for it's 2nd shot then go! The eyeball at the end, wait on the ledge until it shoots at you, then go! The last spitter at the end, wait until it shoot, then go! I found this extremely helpful and it ended up me shortening my best time from 3:40 to 3:09 because I kept dying because I was too impatient. Here's a few checkpoints for everybody; 25 seconds, exiting the first cave and dodging the two red gomba things on the ledges. 45 seconds, first entering the cave jumping up above the water. 1:20 running across the water to the feather. 2:20, first entering the final lava cave. 3:00, exiting onto the final cliff face climbing to your house. Hope this helps, if this helped you + to keep alive!

The imprecision of the controls compared to the precision of the required jumps makes this a very annoying game. Maybe it's just my computer but it seems impossible to move less than about three character-widths at a time, which makes it extremely difficult to make a long jump onto a narrow platform: let go of the arrow a fraction too soon and you land short; a fraction too late and you run right off the other side and usually fall to your death.

Whenever the cat uses the rainbow feather flying technique it looks like he's having a major gas attack. Dude, lay down the amount of beans you're eating!!

Thought: Usually if you're stuck on a part in the game, you can find the answer in the comments somewhere. That way everyone's not posting the same question over and over. Or, you know... you could read the instructions? Press M to mute. You can find the feather in the water cave, if you go down the stream at the entrance once you get the flippers. =3

Am I the only one who notices that you can only see like 2/3 of each screen so its impossible to get to the next screen since you dno where you are!!!
