I loved Alchemical Engineering and thought I'd take a look at this one, but... this one's just too much advanced engineer stuff for me, not enough gameness.

i wish i understood the specifications better. I tend to be just looking at the verification screen to figure out what's going on. I'm now stuck. I'm not thick... but i can't do this game beyond level 11 (and i can't do 10 either). Maybe if i had studied electronics or maths to a higher level...

DIODES: you should put a AND gate (NPN) with one of the N ends plugged in VCC+ and the P gate with the Input and the other N gate with the output... Then it will conduct current when the Input is on and it will not interfere with what you put in the yellow silicon as the output doesn´t interfere with the input...

Tip for level 7: Start with a SET-RESET circuit (level 6 solution) and figure out a way to toggle it with just the one input.

Why are people freaking out about level 6?
It's just a simple SR flipflop.
Build two not gate with two inputs, and make the out put of each split, acting as one of the inputs of the other.
Provide a short pulse from a +vcc set to block itself to get the system going without oscillating like crazy until the first input is sent.

4. Copy Paste button - Make it to where you auto copy what you select, then a shift-click+hold allows you to move it in to place, then release to drop that section. And add another quick key that lets me delete the selected circuit(s)? Like select it, then hit D. That would allow you to delete something from one place and move it to another location.

But know i managed to hit 11 with my designe and it has a rating of 116 :)
(My first attempt failed misserable, my second had over 300, third was about 200, then it was only optimisation)

When thinking clear, and having a base understanding about electronics, this game's idea is quite easy. However, the level's designing makes it pretty hard, or rather challenging. Fun to do though, and I'd like to know the surprise. Going for it:P

On the contrary, this game is not accessible to those with electrical engineering knowledge, because apart from the fact that the physical design of the transistor is oversimplified, the logic of the circuit is wrong : you need CMOS logic in order to have the output signal follow the input signal correctly.
