For a good start, switch to Nat ASAP and "burst fire." Easiest way to S-rank the first few stages while you're getting used to the game.

Blind comment before I even play the game: It is from Kupo707, so it's going to take the better part of an afternoon, have a lot of referential wit, some anime-styled art and is going to get a 5 from me.

Before every bonus round, make sure that you wait 5-20 seconds for your weapons to charge, because you don't have to attk without charging your sub-weapon. Same for the boss rounds, and any other round. And to make it easier, max out your bombs, general attack power, and reload for primary weapon (if you want, get two upgrades for the health, since you don't get penalized for damage taken). The others don't matter. Another hint for the last bonus.. Use your choice for a character, and upgrade to max on everything. Then unleash everything in 15 seconds. It'll take his health down to near half, and you can hold out for the other half. Keep this comment alive: (+).

Awesome, been wanting a Bullet Hell for awhile. Very reminiscent of Touhou for some reason... can't QUITE put my finger on it though.

Good game, I really like hell shooters... The only thing that don't fits it's the recharging system, I guess for SHUMPS aren't the coolest thing, moar more hell shooters and no recharging... Another great one Kupo!

I have literally been waiting years for a good Bullet Hell game to be released on here. You make me SO happy by putting this out. I'm just hoping that randomly Flandre will come out and be a secret boss.

5/5 Easy game :) And Funny. Play first levels again and again to get ubgrades, and that all what you need to do :) And Bonus Levels you can get if you have some "S" ranks, and there is more fun, and harder last BOSS level. !! ++

Danmaku litterally means "Bullet Hell" and is a genre which is quite popular, especially in Japan. (That's probably why the game is named Bullet Heaven) (They're AWESOME. And terrifying.)
Btw, the best Touhou players would play this game with handicap. And still freaking own it.

ugh, the music killed this game, I was expecting to some jumpy japanese shooter style music that'd fit well to the dynamic and fast bullet dodging, not a sleepy and slow orchestra track from a final fantasy theme or a logic puzzle game.
