Folks... ignore RainboomDash... Fire rate is increased by upgrading primary charge speed, and despite my best efforts, I cannot find any enemies that shoot while offscreen... Rainboom be trollin.

For those who are using the mouse controls, the bullets will only hit where your mouse is, any bullets outside the cursor won't hit you.

Maybe I'm missing the potential of the others, but i find Natalie to be the best boss killer with her massive bullet spread. In any case, was a crazy fun game! I miss playing these as a kid in arcade game rooms.

I get way too focused in nearly crap myself every time I get hit, which is mainly because I turn my headphones up to make this awesome music blast out my eardrums with enjoyment. 5/5! I love the game-play, the art, and the music. By the way, is there any way I can get this music?

Finally got an S rank on survival. Use Matt, the secondary weapon really helps with the damage necessary to kill fast enough, so you can clear waves before the bullet patterns cover the whole screen.

Survival past wave 100 (The S-Rank minimum req) is INSANE without powerups. It's not even about how good you are at dodging, it's how good you are at surviving until you get shield, and how quickly you can take enemies down. Especially with the giant robots that later spawn 2 at a time and come with missiles, you're going to be hit with a LOT of undodgeable BS, or things that require split-second reaction times, like Monoliths spawning on you.

to get a ranks: focus on not getting hit, its more important than killing every enemy
i took nolegs for getting the ranks because his primary weapon spreads (= more hit enemies) deals quite nice dmg and his secondary is mfing awesome, you can clear the whole screen almost everytime if its fully charged.
Use your bombs only for escaping a dead end NOT for killing enemies you wont get otherwise, they are too precious to waste them for like five creeps...
i played through it without cheats (except for the fourth bonus level :P) and its not too hard since you have this wonderful small hitbox...
5/5, best top down shooter here on kong

I loved the game, very Touhou-like.
Nice Super Mario Galaxy 2 reference you have there, and Legend of Zelda too. 5/5.

Right after finishing level 20 I got a message saying there was a script error that could cause it to become slow or unresponsive. I also beat the game without cheats. Did my high level of awesomeness temporarily crash my computer?

Right now, somebody in the eastern world is playing this game, rates it 1/5 complaining about how easy is. Meanwhile, everybody in the western world (including me) rates it 5/5 because they like how challenging (but not frustrating) is.
