I normally don't like bullet heaven games because they are usually instant death and you need so much trial and error to figure out the patterns.
This game starts you with 3 life and you get invincibility for half a second. You can get more life by buying it with in game cash. I did not need to use the cheats to beat the game but it did get pretty hard.
I also had to go back to some levels to get money to buy more stuff but it wasnt tedious and it was kinda fun. My favorite is Lance because his normal attack is fast, and powerful. His special is great with it being powerful with its spread alone but the spread does have a delay because the special is more powerful before it spreads and wither there is one or 4 it does massive amounts of damage. I like how Lances special is a laser cannon which instead of just making enemy bullets disappear it repulses them back. I guess he reminds me of bloons super monkey. 5/5 for this game i had a lot of fun.

One last note: it glitches out like crazy if you bomb the egyptian cat pharaoh while he's on his second attack (the one that has a giant bullet shooting out little bullets in a circle) I don't want to spoil the surprise, but basically, it sucks.

Dear Matt,
if you make more touhou-like games, i will give you a cookie. that shoots bullets. that shoot bullets. and technically speaking they aren't all bullets; as a matter of fact, you also have swords, sparkles, and tiny little lightbulbs that cats can throw.

Not a big fan of bullet hells to begin with and this one is nothing special... All bullet hell gameplay is pretty much the same, the only real thing special about them is graphics and while the cats and what not are cute it's definitely not the best looking game for 2011.

sometimes i think the hardest part of this game is not getting distracted be the thousands of lights that fill the screen if only there was a spectator mode
