I love this game, but my only complaint is that when the last enemy of a set is killed by a status effect (burn, poison) rather than a pre-round effect (the mammoth, tank guns) then the enemies round TECHNICALLY doesn't end. If there's another wave, then because the round didn't technically end, the new enemies will begin attacking. I feel like this is a bug, but if it isn't then that whole process seems very backwards to me.

Much fun is to be had with this new gem of a game! As someone who personally favors the RPG-side of gaming, you have impressed me time and time again since EBF 1. Sure, some bugs might be there, and there's always a vocal minority of complaints, but rest assured that this game works and works awesomely! Now, if only my comp is at least slightly better to run this higher than 12 FPS...

STAT GRINDING AREAS
HP:Fight Red and Yellow Wasps at Lankyroot, by the warp. BONUS: Because R&Y wasps can summon more R&Y Wasps, you can farm them to get multiple boosts in one fight.
MP: Beach at Goldenbrick. Crabs drop sushi. ATK: Panel before Great Oak/Final tier of Temple. Fight Chimera/Bears. DEF: Evil worms at the graveyard. Heads summon tails so you can farm it, but its quicker to just rebattle it. MAGIC: Fire/Ice/Elec Elementals. Lava cave right below the Cave warp is convenient. MDEF: Wraiths. Best place is the path leading to the Temple, there are 5 wraiths giving a good chance at getting donuts. ACCURACY: Lankyroot? I couldn't find a specific good location. Fight Large Bushes. EVADE: Fight L Snow and Sand slimes at Beach.
Good luck! For Premium players the Mini Boss rush is easier because Mammoth, Sand Worm and Beholder drop Stat boosts. You have low drop rates, so it will take a long time to get anything, but this should help.

Were you referencing FullMetal Alchemist with the character Alphonse in the first village where he says he has a profession in alchemy?

For those who are still worried: EBF5 is almost done. The Public Beta is basically complete, though there will be improvements when it finally arrives at Kong along with some post-release stuff (like Jack and co in EBF4). We're looking at late 2018 or early 2019, but I assure it is worth it. The new EBF is on par with (if not surpassing) the fourth.

"You can change stuff like game difficulty at any time, and there's no penalty for doing so either, so feel free to play at your own pace. Easy mode is a joke though, you should be ashamed of yourself if you play on that."
So I'm guessing being ashamed of yourself isn't a penalty...

"Don't worry, you're doing a very important job here, Matt. If something bad were to happen to Natalie, all the world's men would grieve. It would be a tragedy."
LOL

I was cranking along the game at max difficulty and wasn't having too much of an issue with the enemies... some fights took a while, bosses were tough to chew on... but that was expected.
Then I got to the final boss, and ZOMFG ow @___@)' ... it saddens me that I had to turn down the difficulty a notch to beat it =(

for some reason I find it hard to believe that someone can find 1 million chests in the game (high scores) and that they've defeated 1 billion enemies

Not played through yet, but I already love how stats work and the intro.
Anna is a much-needed new character, I think you hit the spot with her.
Really, I'm just so thankful you made this game, I was hoping you'd continue the saga since I finished Ebf3, which was absolutely stunning.
As always, excellent audio and visual effects.
I am being very optimistic, but that's how confident I am that this game won't disappoint me by the time I am through with it.
Mega-thanks!!!
PS: I love you Phyrra.

I just realised...the only reason anything in this game attacks you is because you molest them...otherwise you wouldnt be able to get the badge pig molester.....

Of all the turn-based games I've played (Trust me I've played a ton), this is by far the best I have ever played, not just in the turn-based category either. I think I speak for everyone when I say; your games are the best! EBF5 is without a doubt expected (Take your time though, I know game developing isn't the simplest thing in the world). Thanks for the awesome games, you are awesome!

What is this?! The game has a cool new green background but my save is gone! I was so close to the end too, and now it's all wasted D:

Opened up Kong, saw this in the new games section. Had to refresh my page (And my train of thought) to make sure I wasn't seeing things. 5/5 for EBF goodness

This is the first non-idle game that I've put over 48 hours into, best game on Kong. Most console games do not reach this level of quality. Thank you.

Anyone who is having trouble with saves being deleted: I managed to get mine back. Search your computer for EBF4.swf. You ought to still have it, even if your save is gone. Make a new save file, and see where your computer puts it. Then switch it out for your old save file. Hope this helps!
