They don't actually die, they just get knocked out. The "revive" is a feather because they wake them back up by tickling them. It is a one time use item because they get mad at being awoken in such a manner and break the feather.

I walked into a room, ran into nothing, triggered a fight, fought nothing, got 1200 gold & 300 xp... I think I found a glitch.

5/5. But the things I think could improve the game to 8/2: 1. I think that on the AP screen it should give the descriptions of the spells. 2. having a lot of spells in one set gives you stat bonuses. (Ex. Rouge spells 4=+3 speed. You get my drift.) Love the game!

Heh, don't know if it's been said before, but I just noticed that all of the player character names and the one you're doing the main quest for (Hiro) are all names from Final Fantasy Mystic Quest

but I do have a complaint. the ability and spell descriptions don't really say what they use as far of attack or magic. I'd like to also organize them on my menu.

This game rocks, I like the thing of being able to gamble for equipment, and its really cool that there are three save slots and three classes for each character, the rest of that is told by its self, and I also like the fact that we are able to explore more the dungeon even after u kick the ass of that damm Dargon, and a hint: get omnislash with tristan and quickshot with kaeli, then, in battle, add al stats boosters, and use this two abilities, that way u can kill any enemy, even the dargon!!!! (Always have a healer). oh another hint, use gamble to get the orange equipments, and u can also get them on the slime (I got one, but forgot the materials). Thats it, GOOD LUCK and GOOD JOB to the one who created this game, I loved it, great story.

HINT:when you go to the taveren it is optional to apcept the qeusts but also advised to do so.then you will get extra xp,find more chests and get more money.plus it unlocks cutscenes some of witch made me laugh

can u add some out of battle tools in which like there r pegusus boots which alow u to jump higher to dodge monsters and grapple gun to stick to the walls and like speed boots to run faster and gravity boots to run on the walls and gloves to pick up heavy stuff and plz add the changes to the peeps when we put the armour on (im trying to tell this on crystal story 3 which will hopefully be made)

Without any way to raise your heath beyond base, this game is almost unbeatable. It comes down to the luck of the draw if you get a mildly resistant boss at the end.

The game does a good job replicating the elements of a standard dungeon-crawler. However, the game lasted too long for the lack of variety in the game. The gear dependency allowed flexibility between classes but lacked conviction for presenting a strong combat system.

Phoebe is hilarious! XD Good job on the Crystal Story games, LAN14N! Could you possibly make a third? If so, it would probably be as good as the first two, which I say deserve 5/5

So, you can actually complete the game with just lvl 15 characters. Pretty cool I'd say. Tougher battles but well, it saves more time than fighting every mobs on each floor.

Should be able to rename characters. It kind of keeps me preoccupied to always be running around with the cast of Final Fantasy: Mystic Quest.

tip: while the regular potions are useful for battle, its more cost effective to simply buy many minor ones. (it uses more turn so don't try this in a fight) 4 minor potions each with 150 heal is FAR better than 1 with 400

Very interesting game. It's also a very good story line. It does take long to load, but that's probably just my computer. Great game anyways 5/5
