I just want to let the author know that in one of the later dungeons (about 3/4 of the way through the game) , I found a ring and it immediately crashed my flash player plugin on Firefox. It was gold, but I don't remember the name of it. Now my save is apparently corrupted because trying to load it crashes flash again. Sorry for not being as helpful as I could, but that's the ONLY bug I've found.

SUGGESTION:Add a Run Away button so you can flee of unwanted battles. Also apply for bosses, but with a lower rate of fleeing.

It would be nice if it didn't reset to page 1 everytime you sell something, it can get a little irritating clearing inventory if there are things you want to keep

There's a lot that's very good about this, but it's all marred by one thing: it's extremely, ungodly easy. I don't think I've just accidentally lucked into some overpowered setup, either. Coupled with how inexpensive MP restoring items are, as soon as I got a multi-target ability (Reuben's Blizzard, for reference, though I doubt it'd make a significant difference), random encounters immediately became trivial. I'd say the same for bosses and Omnislash with Tristam, but I never had one last beyond 2-3 rounds per form in the first place, and I've never had to deal with more than a single party member dead at a time--and in almost all of those cases, they only died because I was too lazy to go to the menu and heal ones at critical HP between battles.

It's a good game but think of how amazing it could have been if you spent more time on it. Hopefully you wont dislike this simply because its not a positive comment, but this game could excel with advice.

Hey guys, Lan here. I have been hearing a lot about lost saves recently. I think you can back up the file I'm not sure. The save file location should be in (win 7) C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Macromedia\Flash Player\#SharedObjects\\chat.kongregate.com\gamez\0012\5281\live\rpg.swf
Oh I messed up the address... let me try it again. The file name should be rdgDataSlot(number). C:\Users\(username)\AppData\Roaming\Macromedia\Flash Player\#SharedObjects\(somenumber)\chat.kongregate.com\gamez\0012\5281\live\rpg.swf

Hey, there is a way of turning down the volume of either music or sounds. At town, in menu, options let you mess with the sound. I don't know how so many people are complaining.

Great game! A tip: Regen ticks every time it is a characters turn to go. Therefore, if you 'skip turn' of a character who has regen on, the healing will proc more often and heal them up faster.

Nice game, all I did to acquire this badge was gather about 2,400 coins then let myself be defeated so that I could be respawned back to the town where I upgraded my 5 armory upgrades.

With this game, I really do feel like I'm playing at a console. Awesome.
5/5 bro! And the Missing Cat quest where Reuben tries to speak French is hilarious.

Suggestion: some form of auto save for after every dungeon or floor or something.... just in case someone was to... oh Idk, close their browser without saving T_T + if you agree or think this is a good idea...

So, you can actually complete the game with just lvl 15 characters. Pretty cool I'd say. Tougher battles but well, it saves more time than fighting every mobs on each floor.

@koolguy22 @cam444 As somebody who's played the Pokemon main series games and Mystery Dungeon, I fail to see how this is at all like either of those. The main series game is, while an RPG, not like this at all. I'm not sure if that's what you're talking about, Cam, but that's what it seems like to me. In response to Koolguy, the Mystery Dungeon games are more of a roguelike style.

...oh that's what you mean by the last boss doesn't have 2 lives. Wow I was thinking that he wasn't actually the last boss or something cause he had 2 lives, so I attacked him with my healer with all my guys almost dead and he killed all my guys in one hit with his 3rd life X_X

Great game! Is there a way to go back to the main screen without reloading the page? Also, Is there a way to see which medals we have earned? Thanks again, can't wait for future developed games.

One small design flaw stands between this game and true greatness: the similarity of the skill progression across characters for the same class. What would make this game truly unique and have extreme replayability is if the fire mage and frost mage had totally different spells and strategies, or if Tristam/Fighter plays out totally differently than Phoebe/Fighter, for instance. Then, the act of combining different class compositions with each character would make for a REALLY interesting game each time it's played - which would work beautifully with the random dungeon generator.

this game is great but i think it can be better if there is a little chance of finding books that increase stats permanently . + if you agree

Uses roar and silence attack= enemy can deal no damage to you.
Either that or my defense is good when i lower there attack

The "Attack Up all" and "Attack Down all" are overpowered. It increase and decrease over 100% from its original attack to all party. I can easily kill any boss with only a few hits without magic/skill XD

You can get free items by just going in and out of rooms that you already cleared of monsters. The treasure chests keep showing up.

I really like how battles feel in this game. Unlike in most RPG where you jut hammer the Attack button throughout your random encounters and then just spam your strongest sells when you reach the boss, I feel like I NEED those spells throughout the series of random encounters, and that how I approach each battle will ACTUALLY affect my survival in the game. Even WITH a shitload of potions, it can still be a tricky task of maneuvering from battle to battle.
Overall, I love it. Though I would like to see the inclusion of traps or something to spice up the exploration of the dungeons, as just going from battle to battle can tend to get dull after a while.

+ that it's on mobile too! - that there's no way to copy save games between desktop version and mobile. Great game though!
