What I absolutely hate about this game (and the first one) is clicking to place a building, and being told that between the time I selected the building and the time I clicked to place it, my energy supply dipped just below to the amount I needed to build it. The energy meter fluctuates wildly and is impossible to predict, even without solar power and wind power effing it up further.

Oh, here it is :D I love the epilogue song. The story is better than in the old version, but some of the new data sheets feel a bit unnecessary - I mean the game somehow doesn't get the depth that would make them necessary - ok, comparing it to Sim Earth and the like isn't really fair :D A scenario editor would be nice, dunno, something like "start with a horribly polluting base and try to stay alive with it".
Also nuclear plants in this version are pretty much suicide. Whenever I built them, a truck came through and there spawned 5 nasty giants in the back of the base :\ So back to old school air polluting with nat gas ;)
5/5

Very good, balancing combat with economy. A good storyline to boot as well, along with a moral lesson for everyone. An excellent blend of everything that should be in a game two thumbs up and 5/5

Solid gold. Suprisingly deep, decent storyline, bug-free with impressive performance (especially the last mission!) and overall great production values. The most unqualified 5/5 I've given for a long time. And honestly, the theme song is GREAT! If I could rate it higher, I would.
The only complaint - waiting for next waves was a little slow sometimes, but really since it only took about 2 mins total it wasn't that long, and that was plenty of time to stockpile.

It's the last 2 challenges that have me right now, can't seem to get enough power without smog, i might try some science this turn, then i might give this one a rest.

However, he could also already have enough money, but he has no reason to continue the game. It's just to teach you about global warming, and real-world problems.

He probably can't make a sequel because not enough people have donated real money to him so he can spend it to continue to live and make the next game. Just sayin'

it was fun and interesting to say the least. it reminded me of that "creeper" game where you fight the creep to reclaim the land. however the best part of this game was the ending theme which i thought was pretty funny. Now i do like this game for everything that it is but as with all games many kinks to work out. it gets pretty lag-tastic at night when zombies come if you try to put down more defenses. which i had the game on low quality. the towers are hard to estimate the power and range while taking up odd amounts of power...... id say look into adding something to show consumption rates and production rates. you have production rates but it all is rounded into a single thing for energy while there is no count for any thing else. all in all good but needs some user based comment tweaking

One thing that REALLY sucked...all my garbage trucks go in the same place...in rest...is my favorite game
Hope for the next one!5/5
