More stuff! 5-ice-why do you need to slip around on ice. Isn't combat difficult enough on normal ground? slipping doesn't add any depth to the game play. Its just an extra irritation especially since the hero is the only one that slips in the first place. 6-night-a nice detail but, like the ice, superfluous. I would rather you focus on the quality of the recipe book than waste processor power making it darker and lighter.

Forgotten Forge is an excellent and fairly easy place to train.
Although it's late in the game, if you use the attack techniques in the skill bar you can kill most bosses up to this point with 3 hits and just run through.
You get around 2500 exp in under 2 minutes

When i first played Castaway i thought it was just a grinding game, no background, or Story, or plot. I tried to warn about that, for the sequel. The game had potential... "Had..."
Again, in this new polished version, you have a grinding game, with the starting ilusion of a plot (those statues looked nice at the beggining) that fades away pretty fast, as you travel... and travel... and travel.
Too much time just walking, and walking, grinding things, with a boring and slow attack system.
Quests? yeah, collect parts of killed enemies... well, at least the forge system is a nice try to make it interesting.
Again, nice try, good luck next time. I don't know, maybe if you hire a screenwriter to make an interesting plot? That mixture of titans with no plot just fails by itself.
Anyway, 3/5 stars, the game is interesting for a while.

is it normal to get extra talisman's, i got 2 golem and i know how to get more, grab one and let yourself die then after the reload save, close the page and re-open it, go to where you got the talisman and theres a new one there. lol

I think that you should make the movement speed of the character as fast as it was in castaway 1, It's quite slow and gets annoying :)

I know its been said before but fix the start bug it wont let me play. and maybe you should allow more that 1 item to be made at a time like 2 potions instead of one

If you hold down the left or right arrow along with down and then press the opposite arrow (Holding the other 2 keys though).

two things that annoy me: 1. having to create an item for a quest that has been made before, and 2. THE START BUTTON KEEPS DISSAPEARING FOR NO REASON.

I have two major frustrations- your options such as music or quality don't get saved so you have to change them every time, and there is no exit to menu or load save file options.

I like this game but the screen froze. I was crafting a Medium Health Potion and the music stopped and I can't press "OK"
Weird thing is, I can hover over "OK" and the button still glows.

Would be nice if Crafting Quests could be registered as complete based on whether or not that recipe is in your recipe book. It's annoying to craft a weapon or armour you only need one of, only to find you need to do it again just for a quest.

tip: do not sell anything that can't be replaced because they are needed to forge items. (old knight's memento, sorcerer's sapphire, forgotten forge, etc.)

Hey guys! I figured out the problem with not getting past the second screen in the tutorial! It's a firefox thing and it has to do with the flash player. I can't find the article I found to fix it but you have to go into your flash settings and mess with them. I'll look for the proper article.

the game doesnt work anymore. I wanted to replay after years, and I cant do a thing. Character goes around, and there never comes the dialogue interacting at the bushes (i actually checked a walkthrough and space doesnt do anything! :-(

Completionist warrior pro tips: When possible, you should buy literally everything in the gear shop but 2 rusty daggers and no Regal Sword. You can instead craft it with Leather and Militia. You'll need all that stuff for crafting, except the Plate armor is just for early defense. Alternatively you can craft the Plate armor from Shells (Plates) and Leather armor, or skip it. You should mine ores when you see it (green dot on mini-map), but you get plenty through quests and boss drops so you don't have to grind for them. If you're like me and dumped all your stats into STR, you'll find that everything is incredibly lethal. Flying enemies can 1-shot you from off-screen with lightning! To attempt to kill them, you can try to stun them, or get in close (or send your pet) so they'll resort to melee attacks. The enemies that sweep down or spit poison can be avoided by simply standing diagonal while you attack. This is easier with long range weapons, which have deceptive SQUARE hitboxes.

Quick actions buttons like "I" for Invetory, "P" for Pause and similar would have been really appreciated.
Also, I miss the main-plot... I have spent like 2 hours going around and terraforming an unknown island where egg-born monsters appear out of nowhere and some creepy statues speak with riddles.

I think that there should be some hint as to where the location of some quests are. I have no idea where Mr. Tank is! It could at least say the name of the land-form, like 'Grasslands' or 'Golden Peaks'.

after you kill the second boss, the snake boss lvl10, you can just change out between the village and the boss room to farm iron/saphire ores usually the room will spawn at least one, many times more than 2
