this game really loses its touch when you start making exactly the same bridge every level. like this /\/\/\/\ with supports over the top and walkways on the bottom

wtf how suppose to clear level 18 when the treasure reaching my bridge, it will breaking all my bridge and connectors -_-

What is intuitive to most builders is that a point needs to connect to 2 stable points in the shape of a triangle to make it stable, but because of the SUPER DUPER weak joints, making more triangles for reinforcements actually makes the structure weaker as it is stable but it cant carry it's own weight. This is counter-intuitive for what is suppose to be a strong material such as wood and steel cant even take it's own weight. It's easier to play the game if u imagine the materials are ice and glass as you have a better approximation of how much weight it can hold.

What I found out is that reinforcing the bridge does not help if it makes the general outlook denser. The joints of the bridge is literally a free rotating glass arm relative to the strength of the material itself, so the bridge may look all steel and strong but the joints cant take shits. Also steel joints and wooden joints are of exact same strength. This is why sometimes a steel structure fall much much more easily than wood due to the large difference in weight to strength ratio.

WTF I made a hanging bridge without any support and it stayed; I added 2 small triangular support at the side and it collapsed. What magic is this?

The physics in this game suck... Honestly, there's like a hundred reasons why my bridge should have held together... And then like a hundred more why this flimsy piece of junk shouldn't have held up an elephant...

Students of civil engineering, prepare to be spectacularly disappointed. Thankfully, nothing in this game applies to the real world.

Good potential in this one. Could use one or two tutorial examples. Needs editing to convert the instructions to English.

Not a fan, but at least the badge of the day was easy to get, so you could get a taste of the game instead of making you play too much of it.

I am not impressed with the physics in this game. There is no indication of what stress might happen where. I keep building structurally sound designs, only to have it break randomly. I tested this several times on lvl 2, and half the time, my bridge held, the other half it didn't. That's poor game design.

Also for anyone looking for tips; when I was doing a technology class in high school we used a bridge building program and made small bridges to test with actual wood in class. Typically the structure is made of triangles as it's a very strong shape. So spread smaller triangles out over a larger area for more strength.

What I don't like is there are no tips on what makes a good bridge. Yes there is a section saying "building tips" but they only say what the things are, with no recommendations on how they should be used. I have no idea what makes a strong bridge and what makes a weak bridge.

what are they connecting these parts with? Wishful thinking? Cross bracing can't wobble like that. Not an especially hard game, but horribly unreal.
