It'd be nice to have an intermediate difficulty level - one where the fame does count for something, but without the king's extravagant expectations, which too-quickly become impossible to meet. Failing that, I'd settle for not having to listen to the pink-haired school inspector popping up every month to nag me about reaching my nonexistent target ranking on Sandbox mode.

It's just so frustrating to spend all this time trying to get the damned hard badge and realizing you are getting the crappy end of the deal with available quests. I;m sure practice will help, but after month 8 it starts to feel like pushing a boulder uphill.

rocked that first time without even reading the helpful comments. good game, minus the girls voices and that its pretty much a grind.

I named my acadamy spartan high. LOL
But yeah, you can do prety well if you keep atleast one or 2 students from graduateing. i got to about month 8 before failing my first fame check.

Awesome game that does itself good by getting harder at the end. Only problem is your saved game disappears every time you restart your pc or net. =( Any help on how to avoid this please tell me. lol

This game should be called Anime Fap Fest 1. This smacks of a game developed by a 27 year old virgin living in his parents basement in the midwest.
Anime? Check.
School girl fantasy? Check.
Terribly Cliche'? Check.

I honestly didn't know how to get fame (except the monthly quest) for ages, so I kept losing money/ week. That's until I maxed out everything I looked at the graduate button; you can graduate a student for fame (+50% more when graduated in needy months). If you already knew this, great, if you were being idiotic like me here's a tip! Also errands give more cash than hunts, and vice versa. Lv4 4 quests give more cash/xp: the Wolf one (4 stars) gives the biggest LP- 7000+. The Orc and the Seductive Mistresses one give the second highest, 6000+ (also both 4 stars).

I have some doubts as to the long-term prospects of a nation that believes "dragon bait" and "hunting rogue seraphim" are appropriate training exercises for students.

@SirCarlos: "The Apprentice" doesn't regen health. I beat him with very low levels. Therefore, I'd also guess no enemy regenerates.

Does "The Apprentice" or any enemy regen health? I've been shooting him for awhile now. Was wondering if I was wasting my time.

killing the apprentice gives you a total of 8670 lp if you kill him, what i did is just trap the apprentice and use a gunner to shoot him to death.

hmm, seems cute and fun while messing around on sandbox mode, but so do all the characters auto attack save for the one youre controlling? imma try official now, 3 or 4 rating at the moment, probably gonna go with a four though=3 cus its seems fun.

reminds me of Final Fantasy Tactics. we have a class/guild and we train, go on missions and stuff! :D Maybe next time flesh out a story, make it a bit more open (no restrictions from the king), and more classes!

This game needs an encyclopedia. So much information came by and went before the first mission, and now I don't remember anything. Too bad there's no way to review!

So I've encountered the "Apprentice" and all of my good party members died before I could get him behind the water. My lvl 5 girl has been attacking for the past hour. :p

"hey friends, let's go to the academy billboard to see which quest we could complete to become stronger" *the party take a look at the billboard*
student 1: "ehhhh let's see... hey there's an errand here... it reads "fine arts by Chucky Norris"..."
student 2: "What the... same here... by Preacher"
student 3: "hey gang, I found an ad for an errand, it's called "fine arts by greedy old man"
student 4: "Oh you gotta be kidding me... found the same one... by Tarzan"
party : "wow... someone REALLY need that errand done if he uses 4 different names..."
conclusion : yes, you can have 4 times the same quest...

The quest selection can be maddening at times. During the last two months of the first year, the only quest I was offered that wasn't one or two stars was the damn tournament. Really hard to get fame when you can't get enough LP to level anyone up.
Otherwise, I enjoyed the game.

Dang that water is like glue, I didnt even ask the students to go around them, but just walk nearby it, all of a sudden some of them get stuck looking at the water, when I tried to get him out another student got stuck...
