hard mode vs CPU, even if you can play 1 or 2 cards, keep discarding 3/turn until you get your builders/magers up. Then you can outressource the CPU.

the game has improved on the card deck, sounds, gameplay, graphics, campaign system give this a comment a + Plus if you agree also you should do the whole quit system.

i agree that hard mode is hard, but sometimes the CPU is retarded. For ( ex ): he keeps on trying to kill my people even though there at its lowest. occasionally they try to lower my resources even though they're at 0. and he uses strong attack like dragon when i have magic shield up. Maybe its just me but yea... they may have good stats and good cards, but maybe they're not all that smart...

I can't even get the easy badge because it freezes up completely whenever the game ends. Tried on several browsers, have the most recent flash, makes no difference. A++++

Hard mode....just get rid of those damn sacrifice cards or get rid of the dragon/trojan ones- there's no strategy about it particularly with the 75 card limit and 5 card limit on mages/builders/recruits
They essentially wipe your resources out causing me to discard every single turn or just devestate me with a dragon/trojan card, i can win the campaign it's certainly possible, it's just it feels like a grind rather than a game.

the 5 multi player wins badge is easy if you can play against legit friends... just keep battling people around your wins and loses, and it should be easy if you give it time

one more piece of advice, the way i beat hard campaign is to use either a deck dedicated to building or attacking. building worked better in most parts, but if computer castle starts low, go attacking to try to finish him quick. and just keep trying

Aaaargh! This bastard AI ALWAYYYYYS sabotages the ONE card I want to use the next turn! It should pick a card at RANDOM to sabotage, only hit a good card if a spy has been used first!

and for all those complaints about quitting counting as nothing, they dont count towards game stats but i think they count towards the badge cuz i was credited with 4 wins, one person quit and i still got the badge.

The Hard needs some serious balance. I sit there and pray for resources while my opponent pummels me. There's 0 strategy.

I've also had the computer opponent freeze up on me several times, of course only when I'm beating it on Hard Mode. X(
I guess it hates losing as much as human opponents.
Can anything be done about the lack of stability?
Hard mode is somewhat dependent on luck, but adjusting your deck to your opponent will help you out, even if you don't get such great draws. There's not much you can do about Trojans or comets though.

I said it before and I will say it again: If quits counts as wins for you, then people can team up and just rapidly get keys, so all the people who are douches and don't want to work for their prize can get everything. How about making it so you can see how many times a person quit from the lobby.

What I like most about this game is the graphics. I like to make my own stories and customize castles in practice mode.

for realz... was the twenty bajillion (actual number i counted :p) ppl saying that "quit needs to count as a win for you" not very clear in what we want...

Because the towers don't visually get taller, you have to waste valuable concentration time trying to check their numbers. The old version was much clearer on the relative strengths of towers & walls.

I do truly enjoy pummelling my oppenents to a pulp. However, I do so politely, and I do not quit when I am one turn from losing. Let's not be losers, folks.

Wow...this game is great and it has great potential. But the Ai or algorithm or whatever for hard mode is waaaaay outta wack. I mean, dragons and trojans on first or second turn??? That's ridiculous. Not to mention double builder sac or double curse. in under 5 turns...fun but frustrating as all hell 3/5

Loved the first game so much. This one still has a way to go but the potential is there. The cards are not as intuitive as before and a simple mouse-over would be helpful, as mentioned above.
