The difficulty settings being just a matter of decreasing your resources (thereby extending the game and leading to numerous discard turns) is really just a bland copout.

Added graphic frills for the price of a clear interface, obscure "special" cards and a campaign that doesn't work (and aparently gives no bonus here). Usually, for a sequel i'd expect an something new or an upgrade, not a downgrade.

Could someone help me? I just finished all levels of all the tribe campaigns and I've unlocked all the cards except for the last one which I believe is curse. Anyone know how to unlock it?

oh cool, I just put myself through that entire stupid campaign to get the card for multiplayer, then I try it and it says I can't do it on this site, and of course the other site doesn't use this site's save file, so whee, yay for wasting hours of my time, 2/5

I strongly disagree with everyone's gripes about hard being too hard and unfair. First, its called hard. Second, it would be impossible for the game creator to make a hard mode without giving the comp a massive lead at the start since making good AI for a card game like this is very very intensive. If you do get unlucky and die due to a dragon on the first hit, BFD, you lost ten seconds. Third, it was still very easy to beat all campaigns in one or two sittings. one thing I would like to see is a clear warning not to start on hard or medium because you really do need to unlock cards to make your odds better. This is a solid card game and I'd like to see more games like this on kong.

Someone help me. When the game loads it doesn't say play, it immediately goes to a black screen. Has anyone got this problem?

just beat hard mode. definitely requires changing the deck around. would be nice if you don't just randomly lose to the cities with really high starting resources who go like "lol turn 2 metorz turn 3 dragonz GG!", cause those are just pure luck hoping they don't blow you out like that but rather do something stupid like, build a 80+ wall. You can prevent a turn two trojan kill by upping your city but if they follow up with anything you lose anyways so ya. because of that factor the little side cities were actually way "harder" than the "capital" cities and the "final battle".

hard campaign is complete BS. you're at a ridiculous disadvantage in every fight. It's not uncommon for me to lose within like 3 moves because they had some dragon card that destroys everything since they already start with enough resources to use it.

Am I the only one that thinks add crystals is next to worthless as it is? The other add cards let you trade 5 crystals for 8 of a different resource. Therefore, it has inherent value in swapping one resource for another and gaining a bonus, but the add crystal only results in a net gain of 3 crystals. I believe this needs to changed that to something such as sacrifice 2 of other 3 resources for 8 crystal or some such.

Hard mode is completely doable if you customize your deck. You just won't win every game, hence the name hard mode. If you did win every time it would be called boring mode.
Multiplayer not available on Kong is disappointing.

ok the first problem i saw was the fact that this is a sequel, now i know this has better graphics and such, but come on it's more of a advanced version of the simple game we came to love, the second thing that i saw wrong was the fact that there was no awe factor of having a huge castle, that is one of the main reasons i played the first game, although animations are nice they don't contribute to any awe factors... i felt if they belonged in another game, and Finally the new interface is a bit more confusing, you have to pres info then click the card to get information other than how much it costs and barely what is dose at all, and reversing the AI's resources made me thing wait.. why could they not have made a space and then have them face the same way.... please i like the old game and it dose not need a sequel that is just a modified version of the first...

OMG, I probably did one of the fastest wins ever on easy. Easy begins with castle of 25, first i did wain, took him 6 lives, then I did ambush wich directly attacks the enemy castle for 16 HP, then I finisihed him with another wain.

A great continuation of the first one but after I beat it on easy it's impossible to win one battle because even low villages have all the locked cards and incredible strategy. 4/5

Whats worse than being barely alive because the opponent keeps killing all your workers? Seeing the opponent discard comets and other that could just kill me right away while he do have enough ressources to use them.

Old interface was much much much better and more aethetically pleasing...please bring it back so i can start playing this game again

i hate to say it, but this is worst than the first. the one time i get enough weapons and crystals on medium is also the time i get 7 cards that require bricks...

No idea what people are talking about here, they clearly suck.
Always play any +builders/mages/recruit cards as soon as you get them. Treat is as an rts game, focus on your economy first then make a move on the opponent.

As others have said the hard mode is ridiculously unbalanced. With high starting resources the computer can easily mop you up with a couple of dragons or curses.
