"I usually love first aid! but this was the same.." Since when did anyone actually love purposely hurting themselves?

I like how this game is classified as "strategy & defense". Is this really such an obscure game type that it doesn't fit into an existing genre, so we have to call it tower defense?

People on this island are really patient. I've let this DEATH THREAT be on hold for the PAST FOUR SEASONS. Such nice... mutant.. alien... people... things...

Why does the old lady say "I wanna be like the receptionist when i grow up?!? She´s an old woman! She grew up for 50 years ago!
But it´s a nice game 5/5.

"Oh no! A group of Twilight Moms were kidnapped in the southern part of the country. This will negatively affect us for several days." ... Explain to me how this is "negative". Please.

The customers really need the logic to move between floors to use amenities on the other floors. The game would be SO much easier to plan if this was so.

After everyone left, my cleaners just walked around the inn, and the day wouldn't end. Happened after killing a bunch of guests to get the achievement.

Nice game, it kept me up longer than I planned :)
I had a bug where my room service people wouldn't come out to work for a few days in a row. I reassigned them to their task and it works now, but it was still weird to see my customers' ratings drop and not know why. Which brings me to my suggestion: on the finishing screen of the day, let us click on the customers to see what they did and didn't like so we can figure out which areas to work on. you could have a little star chart with the different aspects that influence the ratings.
I'd also like to see some more achievements for those of us who were crazy enough to kill of 15 customers. Once you managed to get all the current achievments it could unlock a new screen with difficult stuff like getting all customers of the day to give you 5 stars or serve all different kinds of customers on the same day with a good rating or stuff like this.
Plus, this game needs badges!

For a hotel management game this really is bizarre. The crazy names? Monsters? Ones that attack pregnant women and suck their fetuses from their belly's? Wtf? O.o

At later stage of the game, in-order to unlock last family member. I did "NO MARKETING..!", so got less number of customers and with a better chance of getting more stars. Plus spend filter point wisely. I increased for upper class. It worked for me, though it was several days after "5 stars" and with all improvements.

Actually the best way to get hipsters is to restrict every room in your hotel and then set the priority in the lobby to not let anybody into that type of room. But killing your customers by destroying the room while they are in it will do the job too, and get you an in game achievement.

He who Shall Not Be Named? Is That voldemort who entered my hotel? He gave it a horrible review saying "too many muggles" And half of the guests never got out of their hotel room.
