below commenter is right. you should at least be able to upgrade the weapons more. Up until the last level I mainly blaed through levels on frentic because I went for weapons 5 tiers higher than the current one and was able to get homing missiles soon, but even with the best ship and fully upgraded homing missiles, it seems the last level is impossible to get perfect on because you just don't make enough damage

great game right up until the end, but the end was the problem. Even on normal mode (up until there I was on frenetic) with triple meteor gatlings or triple homing missles, and with the best plane, it felt overly challenging, and without checkpoints, it quickly became a bit of a chore. Other than that, though this is an amazing game, it would just be awesome to get a checkpoint at the beginning of the final boss.

I just died playing the game the first time, but the game is stuck with the boss firing missiles over and over again. How do I break the loop it is in. I loved and played the first two to the end. I want to enjoy this version too!

fore some reason, when ever i go to the hangar, and i try to press back, it wont work. so every time this happens (which is always), i have to restart my page. WHY

For the finale boss the hitboxes of your ship should be lowered :D i cant do the bullet hell dodges with such a hitbox :D anyways... funny 2 hours!

Also, I think the plane selection thingy should be in a grid just like the ammo one is. It's annoying to have to scroll between all of them since there are so many.

I'm only on the third level but I have to give my comment now. There are a lot of new things that I like that have changed from the previous games: the ability to add upgrades to the ship, the max upgrade limit for ammo, the wider variety of ships and ammo, the two modes, the stats display for ships and ammo, and the alternate currency type. Despite all this I actually like this game less than the other two because this just seems to be super complicated compared to them. What I DON'T like is that the standstill enemies don't give you anything extra for beating them, and the level progress thing goes by enemies rather than by actual progress. It feels like I have to kill a certain number of enemies to pass the level, so avoiding them seems pointless. Those two things just make it feel...weird. Like I said, I like the other two versions better. 4/5.

I equipped the speed upgrade and the damage one but I realized I don't need speed that much and I made a mistake and I want to replace speed with a better upgrade but I can't. Is the game glitched or something?

Why is it called the `Ice Cannon'? cannons don't shoot that fast. i think it should be called the `Ice Blaster'. this game is good anyway. =D

The game is fun, thank you =) But too high Drop Rate Gold Bullion. I went 5 times the first mission and immediately accumulated on the Triplane (30 Gold Bullion). After another 5 times, I had these awful weapons (Meteor Gatling - a weapon has the highest DPS in the game). It turns out that the more I strive to become nothing. Tons of content just flew past.

once the health heals a percentage of your ships health so if ur ship only has 100 health then ya it will only heal like 20 points and for this game it was a decent game just way to easy with the gold bullion i bought the best ship after stage 3 grind-ed survival for bout 20 mins and i had the best ship with best weapon maxed out guess i will try space next see if there is a difference

Good addition to the NW saga.. but jeez the powerups are stingy, LOL. The rapidfire lasts about 1 sec, the health bonus heals like 20 HP, and the bomb destroys nothing by mid-level.

Told one guy that Notebook Space Wars 2 is my fav game on this site. Mere few hours later found out there's a sequel. That's a definition of karma.

Meteor gatling is still inferior than plasma bomb, because plasma bomb has splash damage that hits twice no matter what, even on the same enemy (once from the hit and once from the splash damage)
