Over 20 runs all ranging from Day 5-12. I've only ran into a dragon 1 time and that was ironically my very first game, which I didn't obtain a Divine Edge. You can't survive holding onto the DE the whole game without needing to buy elixirs in case you get screwed with upgrading armor/heals. Now normally I wouldn't mind grinding my way to a Hard Badge. However, I dare not try to attempt this hard badge. Your dragons crappy spawn rate+ crappy divine edge store spawn rate+needing to have some majorrrrrr luck to get both before dying to other fodder=badge??? Talk about banging one's own head against the wall.

Freud thought humans were endlessly manipulable, blindingly following rewards. Games are often using that reward mentally. But the current scientific view is broader than that. You can become conditioned (greed) to strive more for rewards but as long as our biological needs are met and the tasks require some cognitive action, it's excellence/mastery, autonomy and purpose that drives us. So a cognitive game doesn't need to feed a user's greed for motivation, it can just make the user feel like they're making progressive and becoming more competent. But I agree that the game developer didn't understand this at all.

the dragon is over powered i got lucky the first time and had a divine edge instead of elixr the first time i seen a dragon which was maybe my third play and i killed 2 more after that but it would be really helpful if maybe the dragon had its own icon at the top that way i could prepare in someway that may help idk i was a little disappointed that your armor/weapon didnt change when you upgraded them i really like that element in games and it really just keeps me interested for much much longer and its a little annoying when you get 5 places that upgrade armor in a row whatt i really want is a weapon upgrade if you could chose which to upgrade that would be nice but i kinda like the random facotor of it idk its up to you i guess

lifespan increase should be based on either your current lifespan, or how far apart they are, because of the random appearance they can appear close by eachother, or not close enough, and you can't afford NOT to pay, but at the same time you an't afford to pay.

The game is about as addictive as a slot machine. I feel, however, that the dragon is too much of an arbitrary pass/fail. Some runs, I'll have a ton of gold saved but not find a single divine edge to buy. And the divine edge is the only thing that can kill it; in dozens of runs, I only managed to get close to beating it in a straight up fight once. That is close, I never actually beat it.
Worse, I've had the misfortune of beating the dragon only to find another dragon a few fights later, again without the option of buying another divine edge between the two fights. Given the impossibility of beating the dragon fairly, there should be a check that ensures a divine edge is available within a reasonable distance from the dragon. Or nerf the dragon so that a fighting with good armor, good sword, full hp and an elixir has a chance of beating it.

Um, I got all the equipment, and all the achievements, on my first run..? Is this game supposed to be this easy? The only way I could see how you could lose is to get two dragons in a row without restocking on a divine edge. (Which is how I did end up dying) I went from level 1 to 14 from just one run.

strange to get the hard badge in my 2nd run, before even getting the medium badge... the dragon appeared on day 8! it's perfectly fine with a health potion.

Great game.
Suggestions to make smoother gameplay:
- dragons first after day 10 (day 8 too early)
- gold token and divine edge first after day 5
- allow to use potion out of battle - it's stupid to replace full bottle with other item
- allow to buy armor after level 10 - just replenish HP (no more bonus HP)

I've killed dragons using just an elixir...idk what everyone is complaining about. (Starting at full health, obviously)

using level 10 armor and level 10 weapon can kill dragon without divine edge, so relax on find that divine edge and golden ticket is MUST BUY

MY TIPS: 1) Only buy things you'll need in the long run. Buy a potion if you need to because you have super low health and your gonna be battling a creature, but if not, always get armor (if you can afford) and only when your below a quarter of your hp (unless you don't see another one in range). 2) Save your money for a gold voucher, always have over 500 gold so you can afford it, it's the best way to get money and can get you to max wep/armor easily. 3) After getting the gold voucher, use it on the first creature, and buy everything except for potion (unless you need it) until you max. 4) Always keep a divine edge. You will need it to kill any dragon as it is pretty much impossible to kill it even with maxed out gear. 5) ALWAYS revive your lifespan, UNLESS, you see another shrine that you can reach before you yourself reach 0%.
Extra Tip: Just remember to use the thing that shows you what will happen next. It is vital to saving your gold, and playing the game well.

it is possible to kill the dragon! lv 6 weapon, lv 7 armor. don't give up hope. early days, buy armor when your health drops to 999 or lower, shrine every ime. repeat till you buy the first golsd ticket that shows up. then buy everything except elixirs. haven't found any dvine edges tho

one suggestion to the game for me is not to increase gold or anything with the level up but increase the time it takes for the lifespan to decrease which in turn would mean we have to spend less money on it and we wouldn't need to panic as much about it :)

well talk about bad luck -on one run it took me 5 days to find my first weapon shop and I didn't see a armour shop as I died towards end of day 6 thinking if I see 2 elixir shops between each battle then odds are I will when I am low hp :P

I find a glitch, that when you got two shops of the same kind(armor or weapon) and buy in one of them, the other one's prices won't update, so you can upgrade the item for the same price you buyed the first one

**tips! upgrade your weapon one time and save 500 gold for gold ticket ;P** you should add more upgrades. I died in lvl. 23 with 18.000 g. xD you should also add a a lvl. system with longer life span, higher attack speed, and more dmg% on each hit. i love this game btw :D
