Under rating threshold (show) 51 min. Took a while. This was executed perfectly. Everything was sheer greatness; the story, graphics and most importantly the difficulty. It was hard, no doubt 'bout that but it was hard in a good way. You really had to pay attention in every screen so you wouldn't miss anything. You also had to think what to use and where. Excellent job! 4/5.

Under rating threshold (show) Ok, I just started the game and am laughing my ass off -> "...I am in grave danger or possibly dead and need your help immediately." How am I supposed to help him if he's dead?

Under rating threshold (show) Ohhhhhhhh... now I get that puzzle with the keys. I feel so stupid :P But the one with the hidden note is a definite Guide Dang It.

Under rating threshold (show) I'm still puzzled as to how we're supposed to find the hidden note in the mural and how we're supposed to find out where to put those keys for that constellation ("N" I think). Otherwise, one of the best brain teasers I've seen. I can't wait for the sequel. 5 stars from me.

Under rating threshold (show) Great puzzles, but the control scheme is a bit lacking. Why is it that whenever I put my cursor over an arrow, the arrow doesn't show, but should I put it to the opposite side of the screen, it pops up? For this reason -- and the fact the game is labelled as 'scary' as opposed to something more appropriate (for instance, 'haunting', or better yet, 'atmospheric') -- I give it a 4/5. Still a very good adventure game.

Under rating threshold (show) @Dagganoth: The hidden brick and the loadstone are not hard to find if you actually use the clues in the game. The game is really well made, there's no click spamming needed at all, just old fashioned puzzles. Although... I can't find the Sun constellation, anyone want to help me out, I can't watch the walkthrough.

Under rating threshold (show) I like how when someone says it was hard to navigate it gets negatives, but you actually have to put the mouse in completely different places to get the arrows on the screen to lead you where you want to go.

Under rating threshold (show) Great game, would get a 5/5. But the secret note...good god, that's not hidden, that's insanity. I played through a second time just to see what attracted the guy in the walkthrough to it. It is WAY out of scale with the difficulty of noticing stuff in the rest of the game. At least make the thing it points to discoverable some other way! The rest of the puzzles were really well thought out, but getting stuck for ages only to find out I'd never have found it in a million years really puts a crimp on the whole affair. 4/5.

Under rating threshold (show) not all that scary, and a bit of a pain if you don't get the plaques in just right (meaning upside down looks the same as rightside up). Took me a bit, but I got most of it, had to use the walkthrough for parts of it. The game does have potential, but it isn't perfect. 3/5 in my opinion.

Under rating threshold (show) If it takes place "somewhere in England" shouldn't the car's steering wheel be on the other side? Sure, it's a nitpick, but still.

Under rating threshold (show) Such a potential to be good, but there's just a few things holding it back. Clues for what to do next were often vague and resulted in a lot of random clicking. With a bit of refinement this game could have been spectacular, but it feels like I'm playing as a beta tester for a friend's PNC game project instead. Could use lots of polish in some graphical areas, and also for some of the vaguer clues.

Under rating threshold (show) This is a fun game with decent atmospheric music and well developed puzzles... however, as with most of these types of games, the ease of movement and development of the movement scheme still lacks intuitiveness and finesse, as some 'rooms' are difficult to move to, and are even tough to know they are there at first.

Under rating threshold (show) Can some one explain to me the logic of the lantern puzzle? I have figured i need to place the lamps in order to match the constellation, but other than repeated random guess How does "Mark 705" tell me at all what to put on top of it?

Under rating threshold (show) Not that creepy. If there were sound effects or things actually falling from the dilapidated church, then I would be a bit paranoid when something like that would happen after the first time. But, as for the game as a whole, it was quite fun and clever. I would definitely want to play the sequel.

Under rating threshold (show) I followed the walkthrough to the second, but when I get to the end, I place every plaque exactly as the walkthrough has it, but no ending. Only thing different, I didn't get the note from Thomas, whoever that is, and I have no idea how the walkthrough did it. It looks like he just looked at the pictures, but that doesn't work for me. I looked at the walkthrough for the ending, but I'm sad that I can't finish this game.

Under rating threshold (show) I fail to see how this was "scary" and I was very thoroughly disappointed. All of the puzzles I could solve (9/10) were too easy, and the rest made virtually no sense at all even after watching the walkthrough. It's easy enough to make a puzzle, but you have to be sure everything is there. Additionally, some of the art made it hard at times to figure out what do do next, and some of each was even rather picky. I clicked that string 5 times before I watched the walkthrough, went back, and tried a sixth time and finally got it. I don't know if I wasn't hitting it spot on or what but it wasn't the only time where I felt let down. It's always nice to have good art, but if there are too many details, or not enough, it can make a game like this one a pain in some areas... If you intend to make a sequel, which it looks like you are, please take the negative feedbacks positively. Some of us just want a good experience and are willing to help if you're willing to listen. :)

Under rating threshold (show) Hmm, kinda has potential, but its very obscure.. There's nothing to show that there's anything behind the stones, for example, and you don't know to stick your hand in the star hand in the Moon constellation.. I had to refer to the walkthrough for pretty much all of it. But like I say, has potential, just make the things more linked. 3.5/5
