I like in how it incorporates the RPG elements well. Even though it seems to be a wee bit easy.
Also, they gameplay mechanics are slightly similar to this obscure Japan-only game "The Highly Responsive To Prayers" that can be played on an x86 emulator. It's the first in the cult-classic Touhou series. Though, this is I believe to be the only game of its kind in the series. The sequels all took a different direction to being a classic Bullet-Hell shmup franchise. It's really interesting and the series should be brought over here in a complete compilation.

very very awesome game, however, going to have to give it a 2/5 because there is no continue option. The way of dying then starting at the beginning should have died out in video games in the mid 90's, all it does now is frustrate the player and make him not want to ever play again, make a continue option like part 2.

it was okay, i got pretty board after a while since its a little too much like breakout. It was a little too dark, and I wish you could jump to help dodge bullets.

very nice, I like how the shape of the demon allows you to hit the ball off at different angles. I also like how the orb does NOT go out of bounds, halting the rhythm & forcing you to the start again. Only complaint is that his top speed seems to be set at the same as the orb's; I'll be trying to go after it, but not able to get there before it's out of my range, as well as the 'fore mentioned "impossible after a certain stage" bit. cheers!

This game is brilliant, and definitley puts a good spin on the breakout games.
Needs Kong API, highscores, and possibly badges and a sequel somewhere along the line.

fun breakout with a twist. gets impossible after a bit (stage 19+) when each hit takes a quarter or more of a life but ok overall

The demon's wierd shape makes it hard to angle the ball correctly. I'm amazed you managed to take something as primitive as breakout and actually make it good! 4/5!

Take something good and change it to something good. Good concept. I had some difficulty to angle the ball properly with that evil head 4/5
