a tip for some situations (i realized this at the hardest level) --- when you see two numbers side by side (NOT diagonally), where the 2 numbers have a difference of 3 (1-4 / 2-5 / 3-6 / 4-7 / 5-8) - you can check off 3 crosses/3 filled squares right away: Example: you see the number 1 and 4 side by side - The three squares touching the "1", but NOT touching the "4", may be X'ed (they will never be filled)... and the three squares only touching the "4", but not touching the "1" will be filled with black.... + if it helps you.

You combined Pictocross and MINESWEEPER? That may be the most addicting and deadly puzzle game combination in history!

If the names of the levels were included, some things would be really obvious. O.o "That looks like a cloud... nope whirlwind... oh, okay, just change that square there..." Which is very similar to pixel art.

A confirmation question before exiting a puzzle would be nice. I just wasted all my progress on the 50x50 level because I accidentally clicked the exit button instead of the options button.

Shouldn't the puzzles be designed so that the only way to solve them reveals the picture? More than once I've satisfied all the number points and still not completed it.
Even the hardest picross puzzles I've seen in print still only have the one solution.

A tip for the multi-coloured puzzles: starting by crossing all the number that aren't in the current colour can give you a much clearer picture of which squares you can't fill (mainly because those numbers are faded and hard to see)

I don't get this game at all... I've read the instructions several times and still don't have a clue how to play it! xD lol

Hold Shift to put cross; hold Ctrl to move the grid with mouse; WASD to move the grid square by square; 1, 2, 3, etc. to choose cross and colors respectively

For those saying that there is only one possible solution to all puzzles... I submit level 2 of expert. The 1 closest to the top right can be filled in with 4 different squares (its own, or the adjacent orthogonal squares)) Sine it doesn't share anything with other numbers, there is no way but guessing to determine which is correct

great idea, but the conflicting colours really don't work sometimes when the puzzle has more than one colour. When you 'colour in' a yellow the number becomes red, which is the other colour. consistent and clear use of colours would make this more fun!

Funny how the first night I end up running into a snag on 5 of the master/expert puzzles, then the second night I finish the master but take forever to do the last couple expert :P

The first Expert level blew my mind when the picture was revealed. The whole time I was playing that level I kept thinking I had no idea what the picture was. Finishing the level and realizing what the image was was a cool experience.
