It's a fun game, though it does suffer a bit from one portion (sword powerup with unused souls) being so much better than other approaches. Or maybe I'm just less competent at other approaches, but it seemed so.

Nice job! It's a unique and challenging game. I had to adjust my strategies many times before beating it.
My greatest criticism is that the cheese in survival is cheesy. Each time the bottom of the stack gets cheesed, I paused it, deleted 5 towers, rebuilt 5 towers. That felt kinda stupid. One solution is to allow a player to destroy a cheesed tower directly, dropping the stack down by 1. To discourage recreating the entire stack, a penalty of 1 soul should be assessed for each destroyed tower.

It'd be nice if we could see the enemy types that'll be in the next level while we're picking which tower types to bring along. My awful memory does not work well for this. Other than that, pretty fun. Lots of options on how to play, though I've been doing well with a double stack of duals on the bottom and sleepers facing out.

Survival mode has bosses that turn into chesee whatever is below them. Okey. They even do this even if the block has not been actually built. Okey. Theres multiple of them at once. Massive spam begins, theres like 3 bosses at once, even if you pause the game a lot and go all micromanagement on it the bosses just turn everything into cheese... blatantly OP downed to 3/5 stars.

Alright I am getting tired of this.
This has got to be the most hardcore medium badge in the whole site, or at least one of the hardest one for sure. I am starting to get pissed off with this game...

Honestly, I feel like this game lacks something... I dont know... a bigger field to build and battle enemies would be nice. And more focus on fighting the enemies yourself maybe, the sword is a joke unless you buy that upgrade at the shop and dont use souls, but then instead of a joke it becomes completly OP. 4/5, its still good, especially since I dont really like TD games, but this one at least tries to be different.

Tip: You don't need to save all your lives in survival mode, you'll get a gold medal (and the hard badge) for just surviving

my method.. 3 walls 2 empty spaces between them: 1st wall (on the left) 1 Zzz block, flame blocks to the top;
2nd wall 1 sticky, 1 eye, 2 sticky, 1 eye;
3rd wall same as 1st

that was surprisingly easy for a hard badge. Booster + piercing (steadily built to the top) towers on the right, tower of sticky(+magma) on the left (one lower than the piercing tower on the right end) Just right of that an eye block. Then steadily decreasing height sticky-magma towers, so that for every tower, one extra pierce block shoots over it.

Did basically the same thing all game. boost/arrow/pierce on both far ends facing inward to an eye/sticky in the middle which I stand on as I power up my sword with unused souls with the shop item. Same for survival but used worm instead of arrow. Good game...better to be somewhat easy than impossibly hard. :P

Cant say I'm too impressed I won with the basic tower and the Slow tower. only used the one other tower to see invisibles and that was it
