Okay, nerdook has made the best games for as long as i can remember; but this? This is the best I've played in a long time

One negative I will share. It is too easy to overload your deck with one type of card and steamroll over opponents. My wolf/Death Monk deck is a good example, as are the heavy range decks. It would be nice if there could be some way to reward diversity in a deck.

It was pretty fun...but since I defeated the beast with lvl8-12 units in only a couple hours...there's not much replay value :-(

The support/reinforcement cost system seems buggy. I keep feeling like the enemy keeps coming and not counting the cost of its units appropriately. How do you fight off three monsters coming at you when the enemy only is losing one support person for each monster you kill?

@FoolishBalloon There is a bug report link for bug reports. In the window next to the game [Chat][Game][Achievements] where you can chat with other people, view the achievements of this game and see all the relevent information of this game. In this window, click the tab [Game]. In the Info section you find the bugreport link.

All your games are amazing, the art work style of this game has really caught my eye. I think your incredibly good a making these games, you change the style of game play each time, and yet you've made all of them great games. Well done.

I would love to see skill trees for upgrades for anything from units to your general to your power-ups. Such as, "paths" to choose for your general, allowing him to possess special abilities, magic, regeneration, etc. This game is great, but it has a lot more potential!

What's obvious is that Archers beat Infantry, Infantry beats Spears, Spears beat Cavalry, and Cavalry beat Archers. What's not obvious is that both generals are just overpowered Infantry. So if you don't have the right "counter-soldier," just default to Archers and retreat often, allowing both your "extra" archer and your tower to defeat the general a few times to give you the slight advantage to beat the level.

pretty good. but does get repettative. you should have more than the 3 boxes for upgrades and have there be more varity in it. 3.5/5 good game though

Uhh, death is very useful (strategies like swarm and siege coincide with it). Defend allows you to get your fast chargers back to your slow heavy hitters without taking damage, and tremor is the best way to kill siege decks and the beast. 5% of a lot is better then just 50 damage. Talkin to you gigathorn.

@simonlikepie - The circles at the tops of the cards show how many points are needed for them. The "ranks"? of cards (normal, veteran, elite, , special? not sure what to call them, "insert top tier word here") and additionally the color of the card(i forget what the normal cards look like, something, blue, black/gray, and then red-ish.) also show the "rank"? to help. Horribly worded but I hope that kind of helps. lol

we need a follow up game!
just because we took out a bad ass beast
does'nt mean he's the only one!
time to attack the demon realm!

Considering the different responds I would really try to to implement more tactics to the game, and in that case try to consider the ccg approach

If you accidentally trade out your starting minion, is there any way to get them back? Are starting minions options when you buy a card?

Figured it out: Go to your main card screen and choose "armies" at the top to the page to fight another user's army. It would not load for me until I was on the card screen and it took for fiddling to figure it out. thumbs up if this helped!

I really like the feel for the game and stylistic choices. I do however wish that when you went to purchase a card that instead of simply which card to replace you had a choice of perhaps 3 randoms to pick from and then replace.

Polearm slayers (tier 4) are staggeringly good. Get them no matter what. You can just grind your way to the final boss at worst, so you mainly should focus your army on defeating him (a giant monster with huge health).

Silent Assassins have no use. They seem to be an anti archer unit, but get decimated by archers and they cost 4! I cannot find any good use for them. Everything at their cost and many below that kills them. Also, maybe make angels protected from or reduced effect from "knockback" just a bit.

heh, after my squad was annihilated, and the last longbow archer teleported back (after the castle destroyed) he teleported outside the screen and attacked unharmed until there was a gap in the enemy lines & he walked onto the screen again. then he died as he should

I must be doing something wrong... I just used archers and a few armored melee units and chose retreat every time. Walked through the whole game without an issue. Never even got to see a rank 5 card before beating beast.
