Need to be able to adjust targeting priorities (at time of drop is fine) Mercs will ignore the sentries and die because they aren't shooting at the sentries.
Or put sentries as a higher priority than the enemy leader... like the enemies do when attacking the player. The enemy mercs take my sentries right out even if my guy is between them and the sentry

It's a really nice idea; unfortunately, it becomes unbalanced after Level 3, and i gave up on level 4. Four stars! :D

You know, it goes to show how great Nerdook games are when I have all the badges, and I have AAA games like Black Flag or Bioshock: Infinity to play. And on my day off from work, rather than playing those games I'm here playing this game again.

Very nice game, I like the idea of "lives" so you can get familiarize yourself with the new units, however I would have made it n00b mode and not being viable for any medal or reward
still loving this great game, just dont try to drop your units in trees, drop an aa near an enemy unit and see it getting shred to pieces

Okay, no, something is broken. Two gunships just duked it out and mine died nearly instantly with the enemy gunship losing only a little bit of health. Is my game bugged? Am I missing something?

So... The rocket unit is hilariously worthless. The sniper takes down everything, including vehicles, much better... If a rocket unit is supposed to counter a tank, why does the same level rocket unit only take away a tiny bit of the tank's health before dying in two shots? And really? A massive penalty due to a thrown-in life system? Since when were these games so unforgiving to players that make choices that they couldn't have known were bad, like, you know, buying and upgrading rocket units?

They thought they'd have to play another stupid botd game...BUT THEN they saw the Nerdook logo! ......AND THE PEOPLE REJOICED!!!!

You should add an inventory for your units so in stead of exchanging them i put the in my inventory for later use or so i can sell them

I used to like nerdook's game, but this one is just bad.
The idea is great but the game balance is crap.
Fix the game balance! It is easy! Make previous levels replayable and then balance is restored!

For some reason, every time I try to play someone else's army, it just goes back to the main screen. Do I need to beat the game first?

PLEEEASE make a sequel. This is a great concept, so easy to build upon. Also, change the piano music, it's way off for this kind of game.

Random thought for the sequel: make the leaders' heads transparent so we'll be able to see if, for example, there's a lava pit above them.

For those who haven't noticed: Nerdook has made their own army. Go to "Top Rated" in the selection menu and it should be the first one. Please give this a plus so others can test their mettle against the mighty Dev.

It seems like the Beginning of a good game - I'm with neonights below in that we have all these great units now, but nowhere to use them. I just don't do pvp very much. Skip more new units. Let us play with the units we have. Biggest complaint is the limitation of five units only - would also be very good to expand army size to allow for more complex battles

the speed button and quit are so close to each other. made me lose some of the battles unintentionally. so play and quit = instant cash dunno if that is intended. also for last level, i used 2 gunships and the very first gunships that were deployed were still alive till the end.

Great idea for a game but lacks replayability and could do with some side missions to gain extra income. It would also be nice to keep the different units while not using them so you can adapt a different strategy if required without having to replace units that may be better suited for later missions.

Several complaints:
1. The "Lives" make it impossible to abort and re-evaluate strategy if you go in with a losing 'deck', leaving the player helpless.
2. The cost of keeping units on-par with where they need to be is excessive, preventing the inter-battle shuffling needed to win.
3. No way to have units try to move beyond the three designated waypoints.
Essentially, the game needs you to have a specific loadout to beat an enemy, doesn't give you the resources to choose the loadout, and punishes the trial-and-error by effectively ending the game after three mistakes.

This is cool, but I think the orbital bombardament can be used by you. When I was playing this game, for countless levels I just whittled my opponent's HP a tad lower than mine and held the enemy troops off until the other guy was killed by Orbital Bombardament.
