Woah! When did this get badges?! Either way, awesome game. Loved it through and through... although it was quite ball-busting at some points. Either way, 5/5

i really like this game alot, glitches aside, and i dont find them bothersome.. one thing though, unless i really suck at this game, and i dont think i do, the high scores seem impossibly high. is there a hack already? just wondering.. thanks for the great game..

Easiest way to beat normal: for the dynamos, get the tracker ability (see nearby footprints), then find the dynamo asap. You'll get a ton of exp for all the unused clicks. For the shogun, kill as many mooks as possible first.

At the moment theres a few glitches like the feet walking off the map. Also it seems you dont play the game how it wants to be played you cant win.

Worst or second worst Nerdhook game ive ever played (after the crappy robot one a week or so ago) , nothing fun in this at all. -50/5 =|.

I've beaten this game on hardcore mode. It would be much better if you could play with bigger maps so you could upgrade everything or have some achievements that let you start with extra exp and silver.

Every now and then, the footprints just lead off the map, and the Daimyo is nowhere to be found. It bums me out a little.

I'm a sucker for games that try to put meat on the minesweeper skeleton, and this is a solid attempt. The map gameplay could stand to be a little deeper, and the upgrade system is kind of unnecessary and feels bolted on.

Rice fields should heal the whole party, not just the samurai. No wonder my companions keep dying... they're starving while the samurai is a fat lazy bastard.

This game is really good, but unfortunately I'm at a point where it is literally impossible to kill one of the Daiymo's. It's probably because I used the wrong tactics through the game. I may go back to this sometime and retry, as it's addicting and fun to watch :D

Just scored 517,000 in nightmare mode. Might be last time I play it, it lacks motivation.challenge to replay.
In general: you want to skip a few clicks in order to get extra experience. The tracking and multiple hit upgrade are musts. Get the Brute first, then archer and get the monk last.

No ability to win the boss if you made any mistakes what so ever. Being theres no way to grind, as others have mentioned, Theres few methods of winning. I don't see a logical way to win, if you buy all the companions.

And won the campaign without dying once...hint for you guys. Don't go for the provinces that add mooks or their reinforcment rate...until last then do the once that increases their reinforcement rate...then the one that adds more mooks...upgrades...the once for damage to horsemen..then elites...remember less clicks is more exp. ricefields are for when your health is low not just because save them for the final battle...as a general rule if youve got 700 HP you can take 60-70 mooks plus the Daimyo when fighting the daimyo save super slash until he appears...it takes a big chunk out... the rest should be easy from there...invest any extra silver in perma skills etc.

Umm I beat the whole game without companions because I was too stupid to read the screen lol. Good news is it's doable, I got an A+ :p.. I noticed there were companions before the last battle but I said screw it and put it on HP. I came that far lol

Just got 5 stars on Nightmare on my 3rd try. Any chance of a harder setting? I really like this design but it needs a harder setting to improve replayability.

A game that let's you pay for mistakes made? FANTASTIC! Most games have two ways to victory: 1) Grind until a monkey can beat it or 2) be good and beat it. Hat's off you you, Nerdook, who had the nerdiness to make the latter one.
