Badge took a little while, but still it was enjoyable. Requires adapting your strategy in game. Overall, a skillfully crafted masterpiece.

Why doesn't the fuel launcher slow down the infected enemies? Also, on the main menu it says that playing on easy difficulty fully recycles units but I've noticed that isn't true -- it still applies a penalty!

Legendary game, love the different units and support, I don't think I've seen a new game on kongregate like this in a while. Not bad graphics as well, and like the music with the theme. If you ever make a sequel, I urge you to give more depth - Maybe like bunkers, trenches, towers, turrets for some buildings. Possibly more maps - the dirt's getting boring. Maybe make a few modes like 1) Campaign, over say 30 days or something 2) Sandbox, to test stuff out 3) Tactical Campaign, you hop into a half-done battle where there's a problem and you have to really examine the battlefield to learn where to place units, for example, a whole load of nailgunners in the battlefield, but aliens get through - if you recycle though you lose 50% of resource, so that's pretty hard too - problem! More support powers, more units, and you've got yourself a God-Like game. 5/5 +

The game would make more sense, if the weapons were so big and bulky that they had to be supported by a tripod on the ground. Thus, they would only be able to shoot in a certain direction. It seems to me that it would also go with the "We have no real weapons, we have to make them out of big, expensive building materials"

It's pretty annoying how you can have a perfect defense that slaughters everything with no trouble at all for six waves, and then through in an enemy that destroys your defense like it was nothing. This wouldn't be a problem for me if the game wasn't set up so one-to-one. For every troop you have there is an enemy that on a one-to-one basis it will defeat every time. Runners to Nailgunners. Bursters to Flaregunners. Hunters to Flamethrowers. Infected to Repulsors. But the problem with this set-up is, the first 10 waves of Day 4 are Infected, in which a defense consisting of five-to-ten Repulsors will own every time. And the Runners come in and destroy the defense in seconds. Not cool. 3/5

For the easy difficulty, they should have added that day by day your soldiers are still in same places. Yeah, easy peasy.

I felt a little bit bored when I got to day 5 so I let enemies get to the ship and make it get down to 4 health, then I thoughtr that it might make me re-start the game, so I tried to win the level, and I did! 4 health all the way through the level! I'm goooooood!

Quick Tip: A destroyed enemy leaves a mark on the ground. By about the third or fourth wave, there should be a pretty consistent line where your defenders kill the aliens. How does this help? Wherever the marks on the ground get past the line, add another defender pointing in that direction. If you can manage to kill all the aliens at the line without letting any past, you've got it good for the rest of the level.

5/5 potential - but 2/5 right now. The field of vision is nonsense. Every character should have a small circle around them for shooting. The levels are long and tedious. A restart wave feature would be great. And like everyone else, day 3 kills the game for me.

@jep u dont need 15 gold all u need is 12 so u can get 3 on day 1 2 and 3 and just get like 2 and 1 or 3 and 0 just 12 not 15

wow 2 things are mad wrong about this game first Day 5 Hard has about 1700 aliens .... WTH MAN WTH!!!!! second support 4 is just super powered so support 4 + units 5 and 6 pwn

Get a few flame guns and oil or whatever it will kill them rats easily.
And nail guns next to them.

the great thing about it telling how many kills each gunner has done is that you can tell then where you need more gunners.

What are the enemies in day 4 supposed to be? are they supposed to be hosts of highly evolved parasites who can control bodily funcions? if so, cool.

I like the game. It could however have it so there is an option to leave the unit's range stay on.
Day 3 Had a huge group of flamethrowers & Gunners, as soon as I lost 2 guys on the right flank I got destroyed AWESOME!!
