I really liked the tuning of the difficulty on this game. It wasn't frustrating or too easy and every time I lost I understood why and what I needed to adjust. I know some have comented saying that the playershould have some sort of power progression but I prefer the game the way it is. It's about strategy, not grinding.

Is anyone else having trouble with this game and its ability to run? Brand new computer with decent specs but this is the one game that I can't run. Any suggestions please?

A hint for anyone having difficulty with the last level. If you time your YeeHaw abilities you can kill enough zombies with them to recharge your YeeHaw completely. Use this to buy yourself the time needed to tech up to Trucks. Like 3 trucks and a preacher is invincible basically. But anything less than trucks will just die eventually.

Game starts becoming boring at level 3. It's just so slow, basically "let's start you with very low cash and have you crawl towards upgrades" - Slowing progress is not fun!

Game is shit on the final level. Big guys don't spawn until you use Yee-Haw or upgrade past Shovel units, and then they spawn in groups of four - the only thing going to take them down is the last two Yee-Haw abilities or .50 Cal trucks, and you almost never get to use them due to lack of funds because runners and big guys come nonstop after that, or because everything they send kills more people than you can send out.

The only way I found to beat stage four is with really judicious use of yeehaw powers, and as many shovel soldiers as possible to deal with the inevitable witches the game throws at you before that, but only as you need them so you can actually try to get a few salvage yards.
