I just had a +30 +15 attack spartan pushed into the corner by himself and he survived 8 or 9 waves because there were like 15 melee enemies attacking him. Forget 300, that was 1!

Endless seems somewhat poorly designed. I understand having waves spawn if the previous waves aren't killed fast enough to keep people from going fully defensive, although that isn't really relevant in this game due to how weak healing is relative to damage. The only issue that I find, is that, in addition to this, the moment you kill the last enemy, a new wave spawns, meaning you need a largely offensive team to prevent waves of 10-20 enemies, but you get punished for using a composition of this form. I don't pretend to be the best at this game by any means, but the fact of the matter is that a team that easily beats the final level of story gets to around stage 5-10 of endless. Since there's no upgrading beyond like the third part of story mode, there's nothing to grind for except chests, which I understand making more challenging to get, but the game format should be changed to be more forgiving of different groups.

Just hit a nasty glitch. Just evolved to Earthshaker and my days went straight into x99999 and all areas unlocked, but when you try to enter one of the areas, the game freezes the battle screen plain white except for the gear. I can't even look at my team.

I too have fallen into the "way to much freaking money" problem. It is a very short but good game. It is sadly lacking in the variety needed to make pvp or endless very interesting. Maybe throw in 2 more evolvable creatures, or a 3rd path on all the current creatures, and another type or two of gem (range or attack speed perhaps).

stuck in pvp we both only have entropy alien left... think there needs to be a draw feature because nobody wants to surrender.

I tell you what. There's nothing I apparently love more than being locked in a never ending stalemate with an enemy Juliet continuesly healing and a Shadowkiller trying desperatly to make some form of a dent.

Devourer and Shadowkiller are the best units. Juliet-S is also great. At later stages and especially endless, units that can't heal themselves don't cut it.

This game is still better than any monster game I have ever played, because : you can battle your friends became a person n the leader board, and it is very addicting.

I dislike when Kongregate gives badges for hard when badge is mainly luck based. Anything luck based should be for impossible badge. Because 1 out of 60+ tries is stupid when you don't control the units.
My set up if it helps any1. 2 dev up front 2 shadowkillers behind and juliet-c last. I will tell you now it doesn't seem putting ELA on devs helps but I had 1 on. I came close 5 times before getting to level 25. it spawned 3 entropyaliens one time and then 3 devs. Game maker needs to tone down regen monster spawns until higher levels reached or something...

80 levels endless done!
Think I got abit lucky with Juliet, she diden't die untill lvl 75, running in like a fool.
All the best gems, spot 1 Dev, 2-3-4 Shadowkillers, 5 Juliet.
1: HPHPHP 2-3-4 ATTACK 5 ATTACK. Get all the 15 attackers.

I love the artwork & aesthetics for this game, and clearly a lot of thought has gone into the design & upgrades system. It's just unfortunate that gameplay isn't more pleasant - luck plays a more significant role than I'd like (guessing the right team setup, getting stronger creatures through chests). There's also some issues with consistency, since the same team setup can get you through only level 21 on Endless Swirl, or all the way to level 31. And, once you've max-leveled your team, since the player has no control over how the team fights, there isn't much to do besides hope.

In case anyone's worried, you can get the Hard badge without Juliet-S. I did it with the same team a lot of people have posted (except with Juliet-C). 3 Shadowkillers with +30/15/15 attack, Juliet-C with +40 ela, and Devourer with +500/350/350 HP. Took a bunch of tries, but was much faster than replaying for a better Juliet

It would be really great if we would at least get something when we lose. Gem exp points get really tough to gain so maybe adding a bit more gem exp or maybe reducing the amount of gem exp needed to get another gem would be great.

Seeing as that there are a few battles wherein the enemy team has a healer and two or is a self healing tank, maybe you should make it so that if you have the bigger team at the end of a set amount of time you win.

To get you to Juliet:
EntropyAlien, 2 Ultimas, 2 Chakras (All max upgrades with your best gems possible)
Defeat Juliet:
SoulSeeker, EntropyAlien, Chakra, ScarFace, and Corpse King.
Equip 1 best Attack Gem and 2 best Health Gem to Chakra. Equip remaining Attack Gems on SoulSeeker while the remaining Health Gems to ScarFace followed by Corpse King. Make sure all of them are max upgraded.
Getting to wave 25:
3 Shadow Killer (equipped with the best attack gems +30 +15 +15) + 1 Juliet (equipped with best health gem +500) and 1 Devourer (equipped with +350 health, +40 speed and +10 attack gems)
This format will work as it has done for me. Keep re-trying as it depends on the probability of a strong attack and your enemies weakness.

honestly, I didn't understand the dynamics of the game, so I can't really find out the strategy, or if a strategy is supposed to be performed...

Is there a way to get better versions of Juliet if you don't get Juliet S the first time? if not there really should be seeing as how powerful it is in PVP and that the need to do things quickly is never explained.

Badge Hunters: The 3x Shadowkiller/1x Devourer/1x Juliet suggestion is good for Endless Mode (got it first try), but the Shadowkiller/Devourer combo is bad for clearing the later levels. A user called Someeeeoneeeeeeeee suggested 2x Ultima/2x Chakra/1x Entropy Alien and it worked perfectly for later levels, so get those first then start upgrading for Endless Mode.

I'd like better sorting for your creatures, they get a bit junky after you experiment with different teams for awhile.

Followup: Got to level 32+ 5 straight times with 3 Shadowkillers with attack gems +30/15/15 , Juliet-S with ela +40 gem, and Devourer with health gems +500/350/350. You need gem level 18 to get this arrangement.

Ah, just what I needed. I'll just throw this into my measly pile of coins worth about 50k.

I used Shmoove58's comment and beat juliet finally after struggling. Entropy, shadow dragon(all attack gems), charkra(all attack gems), ultima(hp gems), ultima(hp gems) = S Juliet... then i use the top comments for J-S, 3 shadow killer (attack), and 1 Devourer (hp, speed)

Did the campaign in 56 days with the technique of JetStorm11. Only lost one fight, the next to last, maybe from bad luck, otherwise I would have made 53 days, the absolute minimum. So 2 Scarfaces, 2 Chakras and one SoulSeeker does the trick.
