Well, beating the game then coming back to earlier levels helped getting Aces, and pretty much trying different strategies, remember, if you make the same moves, you get the same results. ;P

Managed to get the ones people are having the most trouble with. 39 aced and stuck on 3-10. Argh. I love the game though, but I feel the middle levels in the fourth chapter got REALLY easy considering some of the earlier ones were much more difficult. Except for a few difficulty spikes both up and down, this is a really great game. 5/5

Amazing, no complaints. You might consider a blind mode where there are shapes on the coins to differentiate them, as opposed to shading.

Epic simplicity, epic music, epic cleverness...
A few changes could be handy, though:
undo button AND/OR, as you pick up the coin, its last spot becomes highlighted.
Coins and their respective objective spots should have matching colors. As it is now, the reddish coins actually go to the black spots, whereas the "white" ones go to the reddish spots...

I went from various stages of thinking this game was cool to staring at the screen in agonized confusion on the last level.

This game was a good difficulty that still made me think, but I feel like this game could of done a bit more. I like the rule changing, but why only at the halfway point? I think the developer should of utilized this to come up with more creative puzzle mechanisms with still the same underlying set up. Nevertheless, this was still a fun game to play. 4/5 stars.

The puzzles require a decent amount of effort, yet aren't frustrating, so that's a big plus. Also, the music is simple, but great. It gives a unique feeling about the game, altering overall experience very much. Must mention wooden coin textures too. It seems whoever crafted those, had done it with love. ;3

I'm reading the comments/liking them because of the funny commentary by the dev. Cookies to you! (because who wants kudos?)

i love the simplicity with peaceful music. So relaxing, yet a challenge at the same time. I love these games that make you think while relaxing you 5/5 for me :D

Thank you for making a clever and challenging game instead of another stupid TD / MMORPG / etc and then paying Kongregate to get it badges. There should be more like you in the world.

Coins is a nice and simple puzzle game with great atmosphere. For the most part the puzzles aren't too hard, but every once in a while one of them will really stump you. Well done, Onefifth.

I play and rate a lot of games, yet usually don't comment on them. Every once in a while I stumble across a game that's, at least in my opinion really outstanding, though. This is one of them.

4 days to ace level 18, the rest of the levels also made me think for a while, the music is quite relaxing. A drink is what I needed to get the hard badge. Excellent job with the game 5/5

Last level solution:
1. Top right (white) coin to top left.
2. Middle brown coin to bottom left.
3. (The new) middle brown coin to top left.
4. Bottom left brown coin to empty brown circle on right.
5. Right white coin to empty white circle.
6. Remaining white coin to remaining white circle.
7. Remaining brown coin to remaining brown circle.

@Rick, you can work out how to get the fewest moves before moving. Basically, you want to avoid moving the same piece multiple times, as much as possible, and you want to not move pieces that are already in slots. One useful tactic: if you have to move a piece that's already in place, use one that's already in a middle slot. That way, when you go to put it back, it'll already have the two neighbors without you having to make an extra move.

It took me a week to ace the last level but I finally did it :)
A simple and awesome game with nice, soothing music, definite 5/5

It took me 3 days to finish this game, not because it was long, but because I got frustrated 3 times : levels II.9, III.10 and IV.5 and once you get them, they seems so obvious.
