It's a great game, especially for it's time. It has a REALLY enjoyable and yet creepy atmosphere. The fact that this was made by a single person makes it all the more amazing. I can't wait for Autumn War 2 to come out!

okay. so we are soldiers; with rifles and pistols and armor. And, we kill zombies, with only their hands as their weapons. THEN, HOW COME THEY CAN DESTROY OUR ARTILLERY EVEN THOUGH THEY DONT ATTACK JUST LIKE (*zombie kills soldier* but the jeepney get then BOOM) dafuq

Why, oh why aren't there badges? How awesome could the names be? Knee-deep in zombies? Guts on the windshield?
Also, I'm surprised at the relatively low rating of this game. It's original, challenging and addictive. What more do you people want?

if we could choose the weapon that the infantry have and even mix it up a little bit, like having 2 of them with rpgs and 3 with pistols. Also, i think the squads should be able to have more people in it

I understand auto point to a certain point. If they were getting eaten they would run. What I dont understand is when you have 5 rpgs against 10 zombies at 60 feet they start running

I very much prefer this game over the Autumn war SURVIVOR's game, I Absolutely LOVE stragety games and I'm going to rate this game 5/5.

Positive: Good concept. I can see hoe they are trying to blend a bit of total war or mount and blade into this game. Good music, animations and detail.
Negative: Only if you can combine groups in the one battle. Like in total war when a nearby army participates as well. Other than that, there should be a little bit more background in the story. When is this? A future Apocalypse? Where are the civilians, are they all zombies and theirs only soldiers? This has a very good potential story.

I hate it when the zombies get so close to my guys that they become pushed all the way back to my lines and I lose the round in an instant. I should at least have the option to make some sort of last stand when they get to close and I have no were to run.

To be brusque, this game needs work. It has a lot of potential and I love playing it, but there are certain problems that take away from gameplay. A big problem is that one can destroy all of the zombies by pressing your CO's picture on the upper left-hand corner of the screen. Another comes into play when the player's squad retreats, the zombies advance, and then the two groups end up together again, causing more retreating until the player loses the mission.

the in battle screen movement is annoying , i think it would be better if you moved the screen with arrows keys . 'Cause when i go for a command it moves the screen but otherwise its pretty awsome

How to win: Walk back shooting the zombies, when they have about as much/double the troops you have, CHARGE, your men will MOW them down

if theres two squades pretty much at the same position, they should be able to fight together instead of just having one fight and potentially lose, then have those zombies that won be so close to the other group that both squads end up losing. In real life, a squad isnt going to jus watch another squad get slaughterd and then let the enemies be dangerously close to it.

on the last mission your squads should have more men cause that mission is impossible cause you gets squads of 3 and 5 against squads of 30 zombies i've never beaten that mission even with all the first squads having tanks cause my men won't stop retreating from being way out numbered

@Purechillos Have you ever noticed that the helicopters either never see them, don't stop for them, or are filled with infected

The whole forced retreat mechanic needs heavily modified, or removed. It basically guarantees a loss most of the time because retreating does nothing except lose you ground. Zombie groups stick to your squads like glue once they get close, and almost always will push that squad back past the defeat line through an inescapable cycle of forced combat and retreating. It makes the game extremely difficult, because squads without tanks are basically screwed, unless it's a five man RPG squad. Then you may stand a chance. Assuming they actually decide to shoot when you tell them to (making it so they can't hit anything once an enemy gets within 50 meters also seems extremely stupid and unfair, to be honest).

I absoloutly love this game. The soundtrack was amazing, the plot was great, the units looked epic, and those noises the humans make when being devoured by zombies really gives this game a horrific edge. Can't wait for a second!
