in the tutorial it gave me the option of control via mouse. Then I lost because I was trying to use the mouse after it switched to arrow keys only in the game. Other than that being unclear though, it was an interesting analysis of game making.

It's 2018, and school still hasn't opened: it's all green. How will I ever get my diploma from Understanding Games U. now. Oh well, here's your grade guys: one star.

@Kosh67 i did not mean the inspector gadget cartoon. I meant The Inspector cartoon, as in the cartoon about inspector clouseau from the pink panther movies. the actual song name is A Shot in The Dark by Henry Mancini.

Interesting concept. Can't say that I agree (at least not fully) with most of it. For instance, a game being more abstract (and by abstract, you mean retro?) certainly doesn't make it more appealing to more people as the gaming industry has proven time and time again.

I've been playing games since I was 6 or 7, and my grandfather taught me checkers. I'm going to be 46 this year, and I have played more games than I can count ... or even keep track of. I'm kinda addicted to game playing, I guess. I've learned about game theory in one of the best ways - by playing games and learning what works and what doesn't.
Having an interactive way to learn things sure would have been nice back when I was kid in school. Heh-heh ..... kids these days have it easy in school - just so long as some special interest group isn't messing with the process.
