And so it took me five hours to pass this game, while mastering all skills, which only took several hours worth of grinding so that Mardek and Deugan had the prerequisite six RP. And so thanks to a forest wide genocide of forest fish and fungal goblinoids, our heroes learned how to not fall asleep on command!
Nice job making this game, Pseudo. :)

Hoo boy. Masterable skills... I'm going to be stuck on this game for a while. :) Also, I really hope that the elemental pairing thing is not as exactly it is said in the in-game books and just the NPC author being prejudiced or whatever is the right. Because I doubt all women would always secretly search for someone who would dominate them. Or that people of opposing Moral Elements will be incapable of standing each other and such.

Pseudolonewold,
You will stay the best old skool RPG creator ever.
Love your games and hope you will continue making Mardek chapters.

Interesting concept, but much too short, even as a simple chapter. This is also a game that tries way too hard to be funny. There were some parts I chuckled, but most of the dialog just drags on and on because the creator was trying to be funny. The humor shouldn't detract from the story, it should complement it.

if anyone needs explaining, Melchior is nah nah nahing to the tune that is playing. (that is from the beginning). I wonder if the fourth wall exists anymore.

my browser crashed and deleted everything I did, all of the 40 hours of game play from chapter 1 to chapter 3. I can't wait to start it all over again!!

@Zornrose, instead of leveling in the sewers, head further into the game and level grind in the forest, the encounter rate is higher as there are more possible enemies, and they all give 100 xp, just like the rats.

I laughed when I heard the tales about "Social Fox". Who is, of course, completely different to this game's creator, pseudoLONEWOLF.

I'd really appreciate a higher random encounter rate in the sewer. Otherwise I find myself walking around the save crystal over and over again waiting for fumerats.

So in this world you grow to your adult self then you stay that way for near eternity.....someone open a inter-dimensional portal!

Dude, mardek's mom is a milf. And she says things like "don't let the bedbugs randomly battle you tonight". Total milf.

Just started, and the opening conversation between the adventurers makes me worry for their fate... ... uh... I mean... Tally-Ho!

As Kong doesn't read save files from Newgrounds (and I couldn't find the file on my HD) I just speedran the game to continue playing here on Kong. Half an hour and complete Encyclopaedia. Not so bad.

I need help. I finished the game but I missed two people. They are number 8 and 13 in the Enciclopaedia. Anyone can tell me who they are and where I can find them?

Nevermind my previous comment, I just noticed that the insomnia skill needs 6 RP niot 4. Bummer that the 1st skill-granting item you get in the game comes with skill that you can't start training at all until much later in the game.
Suggestion #1: Always give visual + sound feedback. Failing to equip a ksill should display "Not enough RP!" plus make the RP cost and the currently available number of RP to blink red for a couple seconds.
Suggestion #2: The first couple skill-granting items found in the game that give skills should allow immediate training to be possible with them. Otherwise it's a bit frustrating.
Thanks for a great game! Played it several times!

Even though I equipped the Cog Necklace on a character with the required 4 RP and no other passive skill equipped, I cannot seem to be able to equip the Insomnia Skill at all, so it always stays at "0 AP out of 40 needed". Bummer.
That is inexplicably weird. How do I equip that Skill?

It's unlikely that Pseudolonewolf himself will see this, but I'll say it anyway, he's incredibly talented at making music and storylines/flash games. I hope he never gives up on the series, it keeps me coming back every day, I have about $300 worth of games on steam, but yet none of them draw my attention like this one. All the naysayers, please, shut up, you hate him because you can't do this yourself.

lol dialog before battling the dragon: We'll kick your arse! do dragons even have an arse? I bet they do and we'll kick harder than anyone has kicked before! Yeah, with our big swords! (read the last sentence)
